Ulasan Hyatt Regency Zhenjiang Suning

Thank you Amy for the amazing check in process! We received a lovely room with a great view. I booked this hotel for the large gym and it did not disappoint.

Prime location, excellent breakfast, room is spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and quality of linen is very good. The staff is kind and courteous.

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the "Ceasar Salad" was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course "Lemon and Herb Chicken" should have been listed as "Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones"!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

有幸入住76層 視野開闊，難得的體驗。房間空間寬敞，有豐富的迎賓水果，但設施還需要進一步完善，比如沒有衞洗麗很不方便。電話機壞了很不方便，香皂不是每天提供，衞浴用品體驗還不錯。總體還可以。在57層大堂可以俯瞰遠處的北固山焦山景色，在城景房可以感受夜晚星火點點的寧靜氛圍。

設施：酒店有點年頭了，保養維護的也一般。房間放兩瓶農夫山泉，咖啡是速溶的，mini吧四瓶飲料是要收費的。吹風機是古老難用的。洗護都是大瓶不知名的產品，房間裏沒有紙巾要走到洗手間洗手枱拿，翻遍房間找不到一個手提袋。感覺一切都在縮減開支。 服務：在跟商場共同的停車場艱難的找到一個車位停好車（很多車都隨便停在過道），從停車場到房間要坐三部不同的電梯。不知道是不是過年人手不夠，工作人員都是npc，沒有主動詢問的一切靠自己。排隊辦入住三個前台忙的團團轉還要負責維持秩序實在不容易，説是房間打掃好了等驗房，留了個手機號在大廳等了會我們就去隔壁商場看電影了，看完也沒有一點音訊。 最讓人受不了的是，晚上一直有水滴窗台的聲音讓人抓狂，當天外面也沒有下雨，不知道是哪裡的聲音非常密集難以忍受。 啊 我情願住亞朵，真是花錢買罪受。

位置無敵，距離永安菜場、大龍麪館都很近，而且樓下就是蘇寧商場，吃肯定不用愁 入住在57樓辦理，房間裏有超大落地窗，視野很好城景無敵，還有沙發和大圓桌，很適合用來乾飯，迷你吧裏有雪碧可樂橙汁啤酒，設施、格局、服務都沒問題，美中不足在於不是智能馬桶

高樓層，視野很好，房間望出去能看到北固山和焦山。卧室和衞生間面積挺大，乾淨衞生。中餐廳、西餐廳以及行政酒廊的happy hour口味都不錯。酒店旁邊就是蘇寧廣場，吃飯，購物都挺方便。從酒店出發，打車去幾個主要景點，路程不遠，費用都不會超20。辦理入住的Neil態度好，效率高，能照顧到住店客人的需求，贊一個👍
