Prime location, excellent breakfast, room is spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and quality of linen is very good. The staff is kind and courteous.

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the "Ceasar Salad" was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course "Lemon and Herb Chicken" should have been listed as "Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones"!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

房間空調不好這樣的五星級酒店又是這麼高的樓層空調新風系統是最關鍵的恰恰這個最差空調起初不製冷室內温度很高28度 70層高樓層窗户不可能有又熱又悶空氣流通不好人很難受聯繫客服來了工作人員處理了一下温度達到22度説有個什麼沒開出門回來後温度仍然28度聯繫前台意思是人不在所以低運行那就等着到了晚上11點多温度仍然很高説給個電風扇處理太差了這麼高的樓層個人覺得處理非常不妥最關鍵新風不好空調不好又沒有窗户很難受體驗太差了兩個房間都是如此

鎮江最高的酒店，江景房觀景極佳，長江，北固山一覽無遺，工作人員服務意識強，我們因為開錯了停車庫至B2（應該停至B3），時間又晚了，寫字樓的電梯關了，正巧碰到了一位工作人員，非常熱情的帶我們至酒店一樓，下次出行還會選擇
