Great hotel on the outskirts of London. Great value. Decent fitness suite and pool . Breakfast was a buffet of good quality. Great value . Loved the atmosphere and access to drive to .

The gardens were stunning, a beautiful little oasis within busy suburbs of London. I loved the old Colonial feel of the decor. Felt like we were traveling abroad.

Terrible. Had to leave at around 9pm as the dust was so bad in the room that my partner was starting to feel chesty and unwell. Have been difficult to deal with also when we have been looking for a refund.

The gardens are so beautiful, such a picturesque place to stay. Very convenient to get into the city centre. The pool and gym were great facilities to have. Food was excellent.

Lovely old building in quiet road on private estate. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Excellent breakfast. Spacious car park. 2-minute walk to Richmond Park

Room was upgraded for free on arrival. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Lovely setting. Breakfast was delicious especially the hot egg options, we went for a cheese omelette and eggs florentine. Can’t really fault it, would be happy to come back.

Overall a very nice and comfortable stay. It was made extra special with all the Christmas decorations up which were beautiful. Greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival and offered to take our bags up to the room for us. Only booked breakfast on one morning, felt decent value for money as most hot/cold was unlimited and staff friendly. Two things I would say: - the water pressure of the shower was very low and the shower didn’t ever become hot. Might not bother some, but if you need strong water pressure I don’t recommend. The heating in the rooms did not work. Our room was cold at night, didn’t bother us too much as the duvet was sufficient, but did overhear other guests complaining about it. However I didn’t think these two things ruined our stay at all! Lovely hotel, nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated.

Not the best place, would not return , small. Ramped rooms , pictures are very deceptive ,old pool , no SPA ! Old cramped dingy changing rooms phone not working , this my Christmas treat for my daughter s and would have rather given them the money …very overrated !

Warren house is a unique place and elegantly designed. It’s clean, with very warm staff and great breakfast. Free parking and plenty of space, not difficult to locate, and definitely good value in London. As we mentioned it’s our wedding anniversary, they also prepared some really surprise for us in the room. I haven’t seen such a perfect and spotless hotel for a long time!

Loved the place. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Sooo good . My only recommendation would be change your hot chocolate to be made with only milk. A lovely break
