Hotel Kolam air panas di Kirishima

We had a great time at Ryokojin Sanso. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a vintage vibe, around the theme of travel. There are several displays on the walls with travel phography or books illustrating this theme. There are also several pleasant reading rooms, with big libraries at the disposal of the hotel's customers. Beautiful gardens and terraces with views on Kagoshima and Sakurajima. The food is very good and generousyl served and the views from the restaurant are magnificent. And, cherry on the cake, the private onsens in the middle of the nature are fantastic. And many thanks to the team who welcomed us very kindly.

Overlooking the seasonal faces of Kirishima mountain range from the hotel. Guest rooms are surrounding the ponds with the modern Japanese interior and equipped with open-air natural hot spring bath. Hot spring water comes from the hotel site. Please also enjoy the dishes prepared with seasonal fresh ingredients.

Agoda には空港送迎が提供されていると記載されており、ここ TripAdvisor にもそのように記載されています。この情報が間違っていることを確認するためにホテルに電話する必要がありました。車を運転する人にとっては重要ではないかもしれませんが、特に複数のホテルの中から選ぶ場合には、プランに違いが生じる可能性があります。それは非常に誤解を招きます。間違った情報についてホテルにメールしましたが、役に立ちませんでした。 Agoda states that they offer airport transfers, and so does here on TripAdvisor. I had to call the hotel to confirm that this information was incorrect. For those who drive, it may not matter, but it can make a difference in your plans, especially if you have multiple hotels to choose from. It is very misleading. I emailed the hotel about the incorrect information but to no avail.

出張で初めて利用しました。 温泉旅館が好きな方なら、こちらの花紫さんは、館内のあちこちに「ささやかな案内」があり、その看板が気に入りました笑。これからも頑張ってほしいと思います。 ここの旅館さんはご案内にある通り、露天・内風呂が空いていれば、貸切無料で使うことができ、宿泊客数によっては、札の確認がいるのかもしれませんが、24時以降、朝も入ることができ、湯の花を堪能できました。 部屋は、少々の年季を感じられる方がいるかもしれませんが、ふかふか布団で休むことができました。ビジネスホテルのような狭苦しさがなく、大きなテーブルでWifiスピードの影響もなく、仕事をかたすことができました。 少人数で切り盛りされているようですので、館内は、都市ホテルのように、清掃がしっかり行き届いている点を求めてなりません。ウイルス対策用に換気もされています。4つのお風呂全てに入る余裕がなかったので、残りは次の機会の楽しみにしたいと思います。

In our secluded inn in the heart of the mountain where the birds play, and the gods sleep, you can noticeably feel the presence of those close to you. Limited to only 5 groups each day.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! お湯よし。料理よし。お部屋よし。何より女将とご主人の人柄が何より(≧∇≦)b。 おもてなしの心が目に見えて伝わる心配りの渋滞ですよ。 注意⚠夕食朝食はもちろん素晴らしい。ペコペコにして向かう事。食べきれないと後悔あり。 お部屋のおいてあるお茶がヤバい。 銘柄聞いたが忘れて必至捜索中です。 カプセルのお茶紅茶コーヒーもありがたかったが、お茶絶対飲んで見て。女将さんほんとに。。一階でお茶売ってくださいね。 お湯入りまくりましたが、もう一度。。と思っちゃうお湯でした。

リフォームされていて部屋も綺麗でした。坂本龍馬や名だたる文豪などが宿泊されたという歴史のある旅館。 台風で露天風呂に入れなかったのが残念、いつかリベンジしたいです。サウナ、水風呂も含めて、4種の温泉、全て適温で掛け流しで本当に気持ちよかった！ 庭園散策も出来なかったのですが、館内は展示物も多いし、ライトアップされた杉林をラウンジから見ながらフリードリンクも楽しめてゆったり過ごせて良かった。　 台風でキャンセルが多かったようで、人が少なくてとても快適でした。 庭園大浴場は雨風でバタバタすごかったけど。あまりに酷いと 欲を言えば入れたてコーヒーがフリードリンクにあると嬉しい。

Tired, crowded with grubby carpets but a great buffet and sweet staff. Some renovation has clearly taken place in this building, for example the 3rd floor dining room and the lobby. But our bedroom bathroom was not clean and the fittings were clearly very old. I do understand that the acidity from the volcanic emissions attacks metal fittings but that doesn't explain the dirt in the corners and margins of carpets, the stains on the ceilings and the dirty coverings on fans and speakers so easily replaced. The staff however were absolutely lovely, especially on reception. The hotel was extremely busy with happy multigenerational families enjoying the onsen. The breakfast and dinner buffet was first class. A fabulous variety of fresh produce served in Japanese style with some Western choices too. Generous and it kept coming throughout both sittings. We tried a private bath, old, slimy and lagged in deposits. The public onsen was better. We took a bus up the hill to the Ebino Plateau and walked among the volcanoes, and enjoyed coffee and the fabulous eco-museum. It was all gorgeous, although the path from Mount Karakunidake to Omari pond is very steep.
