We called late in the evening for a booking, however, the employee could not speak a word of English. Ok, can happen, was already sown. Then we called the next morning at 10 am and we were firmly promised the room and the price, we should only send an email for confirmation. Based on this firm promise, we booked the flight. That have then written an email, however, when no answer came, I called again. The lady said that everything was fine, in 1 hour at the latest we will receive the confirmation email for the previously booked room. I had told the lady again that we had already booked the flight for over 1,000.00 euros and we would now still wait for the written confirmation of the hotel booking by phone of the hotel MIRTILOS studios and apartments. After 1 hour we have then actually received an email, but with the following content: "(...) Now ,we do not have availability for the dates that you mentioned, as the price was valid as long as there is availability and now we do not have anymore because the rooms are sold to somebody else. (...)" As the other negative comments already write: The manager is ONLY concerned about MONEY in this hotel!!!! They totally don't care about the guests who trusted the statement of the receptionist and already booked the flight for over 1.000,00 Euro. This flight could NOT be canceled. Even if you could not possibly bring this case to court (because we have made no records of the phone call) - for me this is a deeply immoral and unethical behavior!
