The service was good, the Breakfast was good enough.

Il problema è che non sono venuti a pulire la camera e a cambiare gli asciugamani che abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi, inoltre la camera era fredda sembrava fosse accesa l aria condizionata a freddo anche se alzavamo il termostato e la colazione è praticamente quasi solo salata! Tuttavia visti i prezzi di Stoccolma per chi sa arrangiarsi e vuole risparmiare va benissimo

Buena comunicación con el metro, en 20 minutos están en el centro, además hay un centro comercial cerca. El desayuno es rico y con un buen horario. Liliana la recepcionista fue amable. En la noche la zona es algo vacía la zona pero al parecer es en la mayoría de Estocolmo.

北歐房間都不大！

Smallest room ever tried with no window to the outside.uncontrolled cold airflow from the ceiling. No coffee brewing in ther room. Ok breakfast. Price low for the room.

The staff at Connect hotel Kista are excellent, helpful and professional. The breakfast options were great. If we come back again we’ll definitely stay again.

I will start with the less horrible part: The hotel is noisy, feels unsafe because of the kind of people staying there and the room was very cold and shabby. All this is nothing against the surprise I was getting the next day and the following days… I WAS BITEN BY BED BUGS ALL OVER MY BODY!! I had to throw away everything I had brought with me to the hotel and I’m praying to a higher power that I have not brought home any of the bugs. So please don’t be stingy, pay a bit more and stay at a decent place. That place is a nightmare and will at the end cost you so much more (in worst case your own home if you bring some bugs with you home). I stayed at room 313 but please stay away from that place overall.

The most important thing for me was cleaning which was done every day, and the room was quite clean and good. The staff were very nice. I felt a bit cold, and I told them, they gave a heater, and it got fine. The water pressure for shower was good. It is 5 minutes from the metro station, and it is near a shopping mall, resturants and cafes, which is good. I enjoyed my stay, and I will choose them if I go back to Stockholm.

The hotel was decent for the price paid. It has it’s positive’s and negative’s! But the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

This hotel is a great deal. I stayed for one night and managed to get a room for under 400kr (£29). The room I booked didn’t have an external window (as expected), but there was natural light, coming through the atrium. It was very clean, small but well designed, and had the amenities you would expect. There is a gym in the atrium area, which could be noisy, but it’s closed at night. Buffet breakfast was included and I thought it was very good. Included an assortment of hot food (eggs, beans, bacon, sausages), cereals, yogurts, fruit, bread, smoothies and ginger shots (!), coffee, tea, and a fridge of alternative milks for vegans or the lactose intolerant. Only issue is that there aren’t enough tables - on the weekend everyone seemed to come down between 9-10am. Would recommend if you need to be in Kista, or you don’t mind the commute into Stockholm.

The room was nice and cozy. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was nice and location of the hotel was very good. I enjoyed my stay at there.

The location is very convenient, the breakfast was good. My only problem with the hotel is that I found two bugs around my bed
