Parking in the garage was easy and cheap (about $15 for 24 hours). The hotel is right at the downtown of Kitchener so the location is great. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and efficient. We also received nice service via text before arrival. The cleaning team were also polite and helpful. We stayed in a King Suite. The room was well insulated/quiet. The high ceiling allowed great airflow in the room so it was easy to make the room temperature comfortable. The bedding were also of high quality and very comfortable. It was spacious with beautiful decor. We were glad to discover that for room service, there was an option to only request the ”essentials”, such as coffee pods, towels etc.. Seriously, every hotel should have that option on the door card!! Overall, we enjoyed the experience very much and will stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and generally have positive stays. My last visit was January 6th and 7th. I was greeted by Michelle at check in who was excellent at her job....friendly welcoming efficient. In fact she called me by my name whenever she saw me...and it is a big hotel! The room is very nice with coffee, great toiletries, plush towels etc. The only negatives for me were kids running through the halls ( hockey tournament in town) and late night drinking and partying in the room next to me. I finally did call security around 2 a.m. to deal with it. There was a pool which i didnt use. I am staying here again next week so i guess overall I am a satisfied customer.

I stay in this hotel often. The staff are super friendly and the room is always clean. It’s a very simple hotel and has a small gym. The rooms are outdated but everything works. Overall it’s a good choice for the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a convention taking place in Kitchener. It was very comfortable, clean and affordable. The unit has a full-size fridge and a microwave in the kitchenette; you need to provide your own kitchen tools, dishes, etc.(we bring an electric hot-plate/burner to cook on). Lots of free parking. There is a grocery store (Zehr's) just 2 kilometers away, as well as a Shoppers Drug Mart and LCBO. The staff are very helpful and it seems to be well managed. We have stayed at this property while attending at least 4 previous conventions.

Very disappointed. When the TV had no reception at 11:30, I called the front desk 3 times after and no one answered. They use Covid as an excuse for no breakfast sitting, and no hot tub. The breakfast was a VERY POOR effort. Basically just yogurts, crummy eggs, potatoes and a small selection of fruits. No meats, no cheese, no breads, no cereals. (and black single-use plastic utensils.) In the room there were stains on the carpet and no tissues. The alarm in the unoccupied next room went off at 4:30 and I had to call twice to get it turned off. It then went off again 30 minutes later at 5:00. There was no apology upon our departure and no offer of refund. Reasonably friendly staff, but I would never stay here again.
