Hotel berhampiran Ottos, Kloten

有免費機場班車接送（半小時）這個非常友好。酒店設施沒問題，服務也很好。就是離機場很近會有飛機起降噪音，不過晚上飛機就不多了。酒店出門左轉400米有一個非常便宜的超市，好像叫做Dennes，很方便。

The hotel is very close to the airport which is a plus if you have an early flight back home and they have a 24hr check-in. So if you are late, you are still able to check-in. We did not have any breakfast at the hotel, so no comments on the food.We did not find any amenities around the hotel as we stayed for only 2 nights.

The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable.It matches the display photos of the room.There is free luggage storage service.Hotel staffs are very nice and welcoming.

The staff are willing to help. The most important thing about shuttle is 1) 10 chf from the hotel to airport but free of charge from the airport to the hotel. 2) the last shuttle from the airport to the hotel is 23:30. After this hour, you have to take a taxi, whcich costs 30 chf.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast. With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time. In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there. When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs. I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa. He is very friendly. Love, love, love this place! We were actually sad to leave. Booked it as we wanted a hotel with a kitchenette because we have a toddler to feed. The hotel is of a very high quality (and quite posh, actually). Very professional staff. My toddler loved the space to play. We never ate at the restaurant. Just bought our breakfast from the local supermarkets. So can't comment on their breakfast or restaurant. Has a nice little gym area, lovely big lobby area to sit in and a small outdoor space hidden away too (just go out to the outside restaurant seating area and turn left). All of which we enjoyed! I wasn't sure if the location would work when we booked this, as it's not in the city centre, but it turned out to have so many perks, we would rather stay here than anywhere in the city centre if we came again to Zurich! Perks include being really close to a big train station that can take you to loads of places very quickly, including the airport and city centre, etc. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance, you're actually spoilt for choice. It's much calmer than the city centre so sometimes it felt like a welcome relief to come back here. Lovely green spaces nearby to take children and it felt very safe. There are 2 laundry rooms but you have to go to reception to book a slot to use them. One of the receptionists gave us tips to use it, which was invaluable as we were short on time. Another receptionist had no clue, and booked us in for too short a slot, just FYI! Can get very busy, so you need to book a couple of days in advance. There is no way to buy single portions of detergent so you will end up buying a household-size pack from one of the supermarkets. None in the hotel's vending machine, as one of the receptionists had suggested to us, unfortunately. We gave our box to reception, so hopefully some guests won't have to buy like we did!

A really disappointing experience, the aircon in the room did not work, we were given a double bed even though we had called ahead and were reassured that we had two twin beds. We got a room here as part of a package with Coldplay tickets so the room wasn’t booked directly with the hotel. This was the main reason we called ahead of our stay to ensure we had the correct bed setup - we are father and daughter so a double bed was not appropriate. When I phoned to confirm the person behind the desk said he was too busy with check ins and would call me back- two hours later and still nothing. When I called back the person I spoke to was rushing to get me off the phone, I confirmed that they had our booking and asked if we had a room with twin beds. The person I spoke to advised we had two twin beds and everything was fine, when we checked in after our concert this was not the case. The hotel was fully booked and the bed could not be split into two twins so we had to make do with a double. The room itself was very hot and stuffy, the aircon didn’t work - initially we couldn’t get it to switch on due to the finicky lock on the window but even once on it did not do much to cook down the room. The only positive thing we have to say really is that the breakfast was okay and staff did try and resolve the situation with the bed by coming to check if they could split the bed into two which unfortunately couldn’t be done. The shower was mediocre and there were no toiletries provided in the room - only some soap for hand washing. The shower heat was not consistent, it kept going hot and cold whilst in use. Overall I would not recommend this hotel, I am not sure how this is classed as 4 stars.

Very nicely maintained hotel in a central location in Thun. Recently stayed a couple of nights in this location and found the hotel to be very well maintained, rooms were clean and less than ten minutes walk to the train station. Location made it quick to walk to train/ferry station to take a very enjoyable ferry ride ride on Lake Thun to then enjoy a day in Interlaken and then the train ride back. Staff that we encountered were great and very helpful answering questions. Highly recommend!
