semuanya begitu baik. Saya suka bilik kerana ia hanya menyeronokkan.

Lokasi dan kemudahan yang sangat strategik.

Had a little hiccup during check in as receptionist stated that they don't accept booking from Trip.com Once provide more details on the booking they accepted the booking. Lots of amenities missing. No kettle to boil hot water, even had to receive 2 bottle of mineral waters from the reception, Toilet flush is broken. Had to open the toilet flush cover in order to be able to flush. Overall, hotel condition looks poor and need lots of maintenance. Not recommended for future stay

The Superior suite room so call is very shabby n run down. No telephone in room .Bed mattress is soft n sunken .TV not working call staff but cannot assit.Toilet taps not working n hot water system is cold. Bed rest torn here and there.Staff not helpful.Hotel appearance run down. Trip should not list the hotel room for sale.Really will tarnish Trip image. Not cheap paid Singapore dollar 60.00 per night..Not worth one cent.

• Review on recent Anika Inn in Kluang Johore. • My family we were travelling back to hometown for the CNY and we booked Anika Inn in Kluang from 22/1-24/1/23 but we checked out early on 23/1/23 reasons was this hotel is the worst hotel I / we ever stayed. • Upon checking in, the counter staff could not find my booking details. Asking me when did I book, through which app and have I paid. Given booking ID, also cannot find my reservation. Only settle when I actually tell them when I made the booking. The app is horrible and not linking with the hotels booking system. • The rooms are horrible. My kids room found adults vibrator. Shouldn’t it be cleared or put at the counter when the last customer checked out in case they were to come back and take it? • My room toilet are mouldy, wood at toilet door were spoilt in both toilet, sink were dirty, bathtub stained, water leaking, toilet sometimes cannot flush, no toiletries provided, toilet paper not enough. No hot water for us to shower or the hot water is on and off... • Room power socket failure, not able to charge hp in my kids room. No TV remote control in both room. TV is not functioning. • Air-condition control not functioning. My children’s room the knob can’t turn and adjust the temperature, my room know can turn but still cannot adjust the temperature and it is really very cold. • Drawer with spider webs. • Bed with bedbugs • The mattress spring is spoilt • The bed slanted when 2 persons sat on the bed, so worry the bed will collapse when we lie down. • One 1 key. Now all use card and sometimes we needs more cards for the room as we sometimes not going out together. • No hot water kettle to boil water and drink. • The carpet in the room was dirty and damp. We dare not remove our shoe in the room and walk bare foot. • Everything in the room , the furniture is too old and no chair to sit, no mirror in the room for dressing table. o The management need to do something to at least uphold the min requirements of the hotel.
