Room not cleaned in some time. Broken security locks on main door, musty moldy smell in room upon entering, air conditioner leaking freon and not cooling, active spider webs with spiders in areas of the room, floors showed signs of dead insects and dirt, bathroom was clean, party in the parking lot when we arrived,up to 15 people playing music and dancing, complete with BBQ grill under the walkway, fire hazard. Beer and alcohol present. We were going to leave but there were no vacancies in the area. We both developed breathing difficulties as the night wore on.went outside for fresh air. Several exposed electrical outlets missing plates. Mattresses worn out and uncomfortable. Have traveled all over the country and this is the worst ever. Needs to be closed permanently.

DO NOT waste your money on this place. The pictures provided do not represent the reality of the place. The room was small. Floor was sticky and the room felt and looked dirty. The shower did not have a shower curtain. The sink was on an unfinished piece of plywood and held up by 2 pieces of wood. The bathroom door jammed and had to be pushed shut. I asked for a queen size bed and got a full size bed. The reception doesn't look like the picture at all! Left early in the morning so I didn't see the food but didn't even want to eat there. The place looks old and needs renovating. I booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 because I got there late and I was tired but there was no way I was going to go back. I canceled my 2nd night reservation and they refused to provide a refund. I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else.

I stayed for a business trip, and the early check-in was smooth. The lobby was clean and welcoming, while the staff’s appearance was professional and friendly. The room maintenance was excellent, and the property was spotless throughout my stay.

Although we stayed for one day, it was a memorable one for us. Location of the property is excellent! The Hillside provided the room that was upscale and hygienic. Staff was courteous! we would definitely make a comeback, probably in the month of may, 2023!

The surrounding of this place is amazing. Quick and efficient departure, friendly front desk, cozy room, outstanding bed, clean bathroom. Easy check-in and checkout processes contributed to the seamless stay. I highly recommend it for a memorable getaway.

This place was terrible, like something out of a nightmare. Bathroom dirty and stunk like vomit. The entire space was filthy. The bed had been slept in with black specs all over the sheets and some sort of black skid marks on them. Curtains wadded up and covered in mold. Gross, greasy carpet. I could go on with more but what’s the point. We could not get out of there fast enough. I’m very, very perplexed as to why ******* would have any association to this awful place.

Never saw any breakfast but I left at 6:30. Bed was like sleeping on the floor! Coffee machine didn’t work but that’s no big deal. Stay could have been ok for price paid except for bed! No restaurant close by. One across the street was closed. Generally felt place was suffering from benign neglect. Everything outside looked shabby. Will not stay here again.

The bathroom was extremely moldy in shower, sink, toilet. the bedding and towels were worn out and stained. Overall was not worth the savings even though the location was good. Just very run down and not taken care of.
