Fabulous hotel , the suit was so big for 4 of us , very traditional setting ,the room details so environmental friendly , service was excellent. They even give kids welcome gift ! The boat service they provided very safe and comfortable ! The hotel was very thoughtfull. Provided insert repellent everywhere , your room , dining area . They even prepare mosquito tent for your to sleep .. and it is very cute , brought back my childhood memory. It was beautiful when you walk thought the hotel. Landscape is wonderful. The only thing it is better to book ocean view room. Our room was on the buttom , couldn't see the sea side . They provided kids activities , my kids loved it , we dropped them off that the meeting point, they took them for feeding goats , chickens, picking eggs ,making pizza . Then they will drop them off at your door.

No wishes are left unfulfilled here! Dreams come true... In an absolute oasis of well-being in the middle of the jungle, we were able to experience the most wonderful views, the greatest food and the friendliest staff... The hotel is wonderfully integrated into nature. Everything is made of wood and natural materials. Each villa has its own pool and a wonderful view of the bay or the jungle. All the staff are extremely friendly. Our personal GEM Nyle was courteous and helped us in all situations and gave us excellent advice on excursions and activities. With Bank, Pim and Frame we had a great conversation about Thai cuisine during dinner and here too, nothing was left to be desired in terms of service and friendliness. This must be highlighted! Beam, who courteously took us through the complex in a buggy, always had a friendly word. The rooms were always clean and tidy. The island is also an absolute dream, as it is still very untouched and relatively untouristy. You can rent a bike or moped without hesitation and go on a little excursion. We would also recommend visiting the five offshore islands by boat... It's worth it! We also really enjoyed the daily yoga. We would also recommend a cooking class...

1 hour 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel via bus and boat - which was great. The staff and welcome were amazing especially our GEM who we loved . The villa was very pretty and comfortable although , like the whole resort , a bit on the tired side. We had direct access to the sea (though not the beach experience id hoped for and the water itself is very murky and best avoided ). We didn’t try any off resort dining options (if there are any) so tried all the resort restaurants . The breakfast and the Thai dining options were very good but my main gripe was how terrible was the food at the main restaurant (treetop). Both meals there were anwful and unjustifiably terribly expensive .

We arrived at the Six Senses Yao Noi as our last stop in a three week journey around the world. We stayed a two bedroom villa with our two kids (ages 12 and 14). There was plenty of space for all of us. And the private pool was great. We enjoyed the location quite close to the breakfast area. The staff was quite welcoming. Our journey in, seamless with a beautiful tour of the area by boat. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We loved the hilltop pool. All of the food was delicious. And we tried every restaurant. You can even get fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning and they will cook them for you at breakfast. The free all day ice cream was a hit. Highlights were: a wonderful family cooking class with Chef Nu - the menu was tailored to our preferences and I’m still dreaming of our meal; spa treatments for our family; a mocktail class for my kids, and one of the most memorable boat tours we have ever been on. If you choose to take a day boat trip, especially with kids, we highly recommend you request Phillip who was an amazing guide. Bring a picnic lunch from the hotel and you’ll be blown away by the beauty of the surrounding area. We loved every minute. From our lunch on an island with no one else there, to the mangroves, to the sand bar, and to James Bond Island (although be forewarned there are a lot of tourists on that particular island). Also - I’m am very prone to seasickness and I was completely fine the whole time. Please note this hotel is barefoot luxury (we were coming from the Four Seasons Nam Hai which is more traditional luxury - also amazing but can’t compare with the scenic view of Yao Noi). Also - if you are at all prone to mosquito bites, bring deet. Don’t rely on the non-chemical sprays. The mosquitos are relentless and they are often in your room despite best efforts. The hotel assured us there is no malaria or dengue but the itching can be unpleasant. This is not the fault of the hotel as it’s in a jungle - but be forewarned. We were there in rainy season, so perhaps it’s better in dry season. And if you plan to spend time at the Hilltop pool, grab your chairs on the earlier side (before 10). Other than that, we can’t speak highly enough about Yao Noi and our experience there. Oh and don’t forget to bring home a bottle of fresh coconut oil from the spa!

If you ever imagine a quiet getaway place, Sixth Senses would answer all you want. Since the moment you entered to the compound, you will be warmly greeted by friendly and helpful staff who later brought you around the place. Khun Fon were helpful and informative introducing us the activities in the resort. Khun Zoe was our personal assistant during the stay and assisted us in many ways we have asked for. We also enjoy the hotel application which is really convenient to use and all inclusive. The chat box is very responsive and quick which makes our journey in this hotel much more easier. Food is organic and various. We got a chance to meet Chef Breden and he has made us a very impressive experience in term of culinary. We really appreciated the support from Breden and his team. At least you should stay 3-4 nights to get to enjoy Yao Noi in different angles.

A wonderful trip to celebrate my 40th birthday. Our 10-night stay at the Six Senses Yao Noi marked the end of our 3-week Asia trip celebrating my 40th Birthday. This was our first experience with a Six Senses property, although reminiscent of our stays at Gili Lankanfushi (which was previously a Soneva, and which we loved for its barefoot Robinson-Crusoe luxury). We were well taken care of throughout our stay, with staff warming to us day-by-day and gradually getting to know us by name which was lovely. We booked an Ocean Deluxe villa, which was as rustic as we had hoped yet offered all of the facilities that would be expected of an ultra-luxury hotel. The villa was spacious and homely, well cleaned (kudos to the incredible house-keeping staff!) and we were well-stocked with everything we could want. The views from the villa were lovely, although not quite so impressive as we had hoped for based on the website pictures, although I suppose that is the 'luck of the draw'. From the upper deck we had nice partial ocean views, as well as of the surrounding jungle, but from the main level and pool, the ocean could barely be seen which was a little bit of a shame, but did not adversely affect our overall experience as being surrounded by jungle felt like it added another level of privacy. The only negative aspect was that the air conditioning wasn't quite able to cool the room enough, but we did stay at the hottest and most humid time possible! Perhaps the most special element of the stay here is the surroundings. Nestled perfectly into the living woodland, this place simply comes alive in the evenings with a variety of interesting and amusing squeaks, honks and quacks, of the insects, frogs, and lizards, and the monkey-like-noises of the hornbills! The atmospheric lighting is simply stunning and we have, every day since our return, missed the nature walk down to the Den bar for evening drinks. The location is perfectly isolated and very quiet (apart from the frogs, lizards, hornbills and other wildlife!), which allows for a true away-from-it-all, rejuvenating and peaceful retreat. We loved the wildlife and the way the resort incorporates itself seamlessly and sympathetically into the forested hill. Despite the feeling of isolation, the local island villages of Yao Noi with their shops and cafes are only a 5-minute cycle away (bikes included as part of the stay) and it was great to engage with real island life. The infinity swimming pool at Hilltop was incredible with stretching views across the limestone karst islands of Phang Nga bay. We were well attended-to during our down-time. The bar here was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and just gaze out across the ocean! The three restaurants (Living room, Nithan, Hilltop) were all outstanding, but Nithan was our favourite, with the focus on Thai food (we're in Thailand for a reason!) and it's jungle setting. The food is some of the best food we have ever had, at all three restaurants (we put

My family and I had an exceptional stay at Six Senses Yao Noi. The staff, especially Host Napsip, Louise, and Chef Dawa, went above and beyond to accommodate our Jain dietary restrictions, even ensuring dinner was served before sunset. The infinity views and serene islands created a spiritual experience, instantly calming the mind. The personal touch and care from the team made our visit truly unforgettable.

The location is stunning with amazing views (spend the extra for the sea view - we did not and regretted it). Cannot be beaten. The infinity pool at the Hilltop is incredible. The rooms are well appointed; great plunge pool and very private. Excellent spa. The hotel’s own beach is disappointing but there are plenty of beaches in the area. We went on the local island boat tour, which was not cheap but was truly spectacular. The guide, a local from the island, was excellent; a little shy to start with but very knowledgeable, kind and with a good sense of humour. Kayaking was good. Service standards generally excellent. Breakfast is very good indeed. Otherwise, the food does not quite hit the mark. The Thai restaurant is good but the Hilltop is disappointing and expensive (and the staff not knowing what things were on the menu when asked). The Living Room is good but overall the standards are not aligned with the price. Overall an excellent stay. And the private airport transfer - which we had to take given flight times - whilst expensive, is super slick and efficient.

I visited this hotel for the first time after hearing a lot about the personalized service provided by the staff. Before our arrival, Khun Luise called a day in advance to inquire about our travel plans, our arrival time, whether we needed a car, and to offer advice on how to get to the resort. We chose to take a speedboat from Ao Por Pier and then a local pickup truck. When we arrived at the resort, Khun Luise and Khun June were waiting for us with a buggy car displaying our names. Before entering our room, they gave us a tour of the resort, stopping for ice cream and visits to various restaurants. Upon accessing our room, we noticed everything was decorated according to the Six Senses Resort's concept, emphasizing environmental care. The entire accommodation was nature-friendly. I would like to compliment Khun Som at the Hilltop restaurant. Her service was excellent, and she was very knowledgeable about food and wines. Thank you to Chef Brendon for recommending the new menu for us to try—it was amazing! The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the steak was perfectly cooked. Thank you so much. During our stay, Khun June took excellent care of us, ensuring everything went smoothly. When we wanted to have dinner at a local restaurant outside the resort, she had already made the reservation and arranged a taxi for us. She also planned our checkout, including the boat transfer from the island to Phuket and a taxi from the Phuket pier to the airport. We greatly appreciated her efforts.
