The room we booked wasn’t as shown in the pictures, we booked after checking the prices and pictures. But after talking to the staff, they moved us to the room that was in the pictures. The breakfast was excellent! And the views and location are great. Just be careful when checking the pictures the rooms might be different with what you choose.

The whole place needs a serious upgrade. Everything is old and tired. The location is good, the place is clean and the staff were polite but it felt like stepping back in time and not in a good way. They use old keys and only one key per room, carpet is tired, the toilet was slow to flush, beds were hard and the furniture needs replacing.

Not close to the Kobe city and decoration is old. But the price is reasonable. Hotel's buffet breakfast makes me surprised, there are many food for selection and delicious. Good stay for self driving person, good.

Great service, wonderful staff. The rooms were a little outdated but still very comfortable and clean. Good value.

Very clean and good management room, the view from the room was beautiful. Nothing smells. Especially the bed mattress is comfortable made me good asleep.

The service staff was good. He help me to retrieve a bag which was left behind in Kyoto. 👍🏻 A great thanks to him, didn’t get a chance to know his name. 😊
