Ulasan Kobe Luminous Hotel Sannomiya

Love this hotel & Kobe so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Would stay here again when we visit Kobe in the future.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. However, after observing one of the staff members my first thought was 'MOTTAINAI". Because, the female foreign staff named Hou has exhibited a low level of behavior for this hotel. Her eyes looked unfriendly, because she never had a smile. In fact, she made a remark and criticism about my question. It became clear to me she is the unprofessional type who is not suitable for such a nice hotel. Photos are from room #507 where carpets had noticeable stains.

This hotel locates beside the shoppiing street under the JR Sannomiya station(the Hankyu and Hanshin are in the same place). It just takes 5 minutes to walk to the platform if you did not stop for shopping along this popular area in Kobe. The hotel may be the best one I have ever lived alone with such price, it has big and clean room, great and new room stuff. However, it has a limited internet speed which even made me hard to use Google map in certain time, mostly during 8 p.m. to 10 p.m..

Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient. Location is relatively convenient walk to the station (autumn weather). Staffs are not very proficient in english, but google translates help.

The hotel is a bit far from the station, but the room was clean and well-equipped. Additionally, the front desk staff was courteous and attentive.

No turndown service but it’s mentioned that there’s such service…

It located near Sannomiya station and easy access to all tourist attraction and shopping area.

很好喔這裡很方便，房間也很好睡，去哪裡都好方便，神戶真的是一個去了還想再去的地方，玩了3天都不捨得走，之前看攻略還說神戶太無聊了只適合一天，這個每個人的玩法不同，我是一個家庭，爸爸喜歡吃，媽媽喜歡拍照購物，兒子喜歡夾公仔，所以我們在神戶3日都玩不完，還有很多地方都沒去😭下次繼續來

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de tous les commerces et de tous les grands magasins. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel de service est très serviable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.
