Hotel dengan Bar di Koblenz

Das Hotel liegt perfekt. In ein paar Minuten läuft man ins Zentrum oder ans Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und supersauber. Es ist immer sehr ruhig und still im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist phantastisch, mit einer sehr großen Auswahl und auch vielen VEGAN Optionen. Die Hotelbar ist gemütlich und nett. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort.

Obwohl vorab telefonisch abgefragt wurde, ob das Hotel auch wirklich geeignet sei für Rollstuhlfahrer und dies zugesichert wurde, stellte sich das hinterher als nicht so geeignet heraus. In der Tiefgarage gibt es keinen ausgewiesenen Behindertenparkplatz des Hotels, um den Aufzug als Behinderte nutzen zu können, musste man eine Zimmerkarte haben, die man aber erst nach Check In erhält und somit war der Zugang zum Hotel erstmal verwehrt, wenn man sich auf dem Weg zum Check In befand. Klingeln am Empfang aus der Tiefgarage heraus führte zu nichts, scheinbar war der Empfang zu diesem Zeitpunkt - früher Nachmittag, nicht besetzt. Eine Art Rampe auf dem Weg ins Hotel stellt für einen Rollstuhlfahrer alleine, der nicht so kräftige Arme hat, ein unüberwindbares Risiko da. Die Betten waren, wobei das vermutlich Geschmackssache ist, beiden Mitarbeitern viel zu weich, das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung und reichlich , allerdings auch mit 16,00 Euro nicht ganz billig, wobei aber der Kaffee als nicht gut befunden wurde, was ebenfalls Geschmackssache ist. Lage des Hotels ist gut, man kann auch als Rollstuhlfahrer in Begleitung noch am Abend in die Stadt gehen oder einen Spaziergang/Spazierfahrt am Rhein machen. Alles im allem für uns nicht die erste Wahl bei der Unterbringung von behinderten Mitarbeitern.

Als wir anreisten wurden wir von einer lustlosen jungen Dame an der Rezeption begrüßt. Hier kam weder ein herzliches Willkommen oder die Frage, ob man eine gute Anreise gehabt hatte. Anscheinend unnötige Floskeln, die wir aus dem 4-Sterne Bereich normalerweise kennt. Schnell wurde uns unser Zimmer am äußersten Hotelende zugewiesen. Das Zimmer war wahnsinnig hellhörig, sodass wir die Schiffe, die stark frequentierte Bahnstrecke (hauptsächlich Güterverkehr) und den schnarchenden Gast im Zimmer nebenan hörten. Auf Beschwerde bei dem wirklich netten Mitarbeiter, der Nachtdienst hatte und wahnsinnig bemüht war, wurde uns ein anderes, ruhigeres und größeres Zimmer angeboten und wir konnten die restliche Nacht in Ruhe verbringen. Am nächsten Morgen wollte wir abreisen, aber der Hotelchef überredete uns zu bleiben, da wir das Geld über die Reisebuchugsplattform ohnehin nicht mehr zurückbekommen würden, was wie sich im Nachhinein heraus stellte gelogen war. Zudem sprach er mehrfach davon, dass er uns durch die Suite (größeres Doppelzimmer) ---＞ sehr dreckig s. Fotos entgegen gekommen wäre und wir für das Zimmer keinen Aufpreis zahlen müssten.
