Forte Kochi

Lovely hotel made for a very relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. The location is great, close to bars and restaurants all within walking distance and the tuk-tuk ride to the Jewish street was only 10 minutes

I had a lovely stay at Forte Kochi. To start with, the location is excellent for anyone who wishes to explore popular places of interest in the area. My package included a heritage walk around touristy spots in Fort Kochi. The vibrant colours and European style decor instantly cheer you up! The staff is extremely warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. I took a basic room, so the view was nothing special, but it was cosy and well maintained. Even the bathroom was extremely neat and tidy. Decor, amenities and comfort were up to the mark. Coming to the breakfast buffet, it is pretty good but not excellent. However, their French toast really stood out to me! Overall, I had a great stay and would love to return in the future.

From the time I stepped foot on this remarkable property, I felt like I was home. I was greeted with the biggest smile by Anesha and warmly welcomed. She provided us with a welcome drink (not sure the name of it, but it was water with cinnamon, clove, honey & orange slice). The rooms was big, airy & decorated with furnishings that were comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable! The premises were always clean and smelled fresh. The manager went out of his way to give permission for us to swim after hours. The staff left nothing unattended. There was always a smile on their faces and were always helpful. They were so receptive and friendly & and I have left this property with newfound friends/family. The Jetty had a great selection of food to choose from. Everything that we ordered was delicious- you can’t go wrong here. The breakfast buffet provided numerous options of traditional Keralan food as well as Western options. Also, you have the option to order hot food items off the menu such as appams & dosas. I did take the opportunity to use the spa services that are offered. I had a couple head massages as well as a papaya facial. Silpa provided the best spa services! She was very polite and made sure to attend to everything that I needed to make sure that I was comfortable. I highly recommend their spa!! Do not miss out on tea/coffee time in the afternoons. It is complementary & is served with a snack such as pakoda or Pazham Pori (banana fritter). This was definitely a special treat! I want to thank all of the staff who made my trip truly special. Everything was great during our stay. Very friendly staff, good food options, comfortable rooms and a good family atmosphere. This is a highly recommended hotel for families, friends, vacation or business purposes due do the location and good quality in all areas

Great pretty, well organised hotel in perfect location on Princess Street. Food/coffee at breakfast was a little hit and miss but staff were very helpful with the multiple options. The pool area and fantastic staff are highlights. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in a handy location too the sights with shopping and eateries at the doorstep. Staff were very friendly and attentive and rooms spacious with super comfy beds. Breakfast range was extensive with a good mix of western and local choices. A great base to explore Fort Kochi.
