Very poor experience here. We booked for 03 nights and paid and advance of Rs 1500. The moment we checked in, they asked for 100% payment on check-in, none does it, the balance is settled on check-out. We booked a balcony room, priced Rs 200 per night higher than a regular room. There is no point in doing it, because there is nothing candy to the eye while you stand at rhe balcony, there are regular buildings there and there is not some great divine view from it. No. Plus there are big red ants in the balcony, no pest control done. Also, there are 02 fans here out of which one fan is not working and today is the second night of the stay, the owner doesn't give and F about it. Also, there is only parking space for 03 which is being managed very horribly. The bottonline is : DO NOT BOOK GRAND MISTY, THERE ARE OTHERS WITH better facilities. The owner just said, sorry and moved on. This is their customer satisfaction strategy. A big No. Pls do not fall into the trap of photographs, the struggle is real.
