good room. good help from reception for any queries. place is prime location to reach 7 road junction. lake is also near. only small disappointment is the biriyani taste in lunch is not having that authentic masala and its having less salt or something. Apart from that no issues for me.

Rooms were good and comfy. Worth for money paid. You can’t expect views because it is in the Center of Kodai. Walkable distance to Kodai lake. Good one if you are on right budget. No regrets. The resort is fantastic, rooms are good, service is top notch, food is amazing and staffs are super housekeeping, waiters, chefs and specially GM and booking staff in Bangalore and chef upaching, prem and Ranjit were super and as and what required they cater whether it's in menu or not and for my baby they prepared what we want. In restuarant and room service Siva kumar,satish jegan and sundar were fantastic. All staffs including door men were very welcoming.

A very beautiful resort to enjoy the holidays. They afford the very hygienic and taste food. The room is very comfortable and clean. The pillow and bed are very comfortable. The washroom also very clean. The entertainment they offer is also very useful like family fun games and fire camp with DJ.

Avoid at all cost. The entire hotel management staff needs to undergo training in hospitality and management. It seems every one at this hotel thinks he/she is doing favors for the customers rather than doing their job. The level of arrogance can be made out by all without any difficulty. I wasn't provided all the details about my room when I checked in and when I questioned about the same later, the behavior of the staff was like, ”This should be known by you and all'. Theirs ZERO courtesy or warmth in the behavior of the staff. All of them seem like they are dealing with unwanted, unpleasant guests. As for the hotel, it looks as well as feels pretty old. The hot water timings are weird and is something which isn't adhered to properly. So, for people travelling with elderly of very young people, please avoid this hotel. The breakfast and dinner spread is good but was also something I didn't have more than once as I was really pissed off by the reception staff.

We booked for 3d2n executive room. Even though the room was neat, the bathroom wet areas were unusually slippery. My wife slipped away and fell down. She had head injury and 2 stitches at the KHMS hospital close to this property. When asked them about the condition of the washroom, they simply tried to make reasons and get away with it. While Mr Satish found out the aftermath of the fall, I asked him to arrange rubber mat for the washroom which he did. On the third day of check out, parking was a big time issue. They collect your car keys to re-park the car as required. DO NOT HAND OVER THE KEY to the security guy. Their unskilled driver parked my car right next to the concerete footpath leaving a 10-15 CM long scratch with dent. The unskilled and unprofessional manager of the resort on duty came and applied tooth paste and started rubbing off the scratch. The fellow says apply mobil lubricant oil and it will go away. He says I cannot say anything to the driver who was responsible for this. So he just apologized and walked away. SUCH A PATHETIC experience and no customer service. Unprofessional and unattended attitude. Having gone to kodaikanal to celebrate my wifes bday, everything went into vain and loses. I have proofs to declare these sorts of uncalled service offered. The so called General Manager is not at all fit to perform the duty ot attend to a customers query for an issue caused by themselves. Instead of finding a solution he was more keen yo conceal their mistake and left us there just like that. Location wise this place is good. Other hotel staffs were friendly. For their mustakes I had to pay everything including fixing my car. Im a frequent traveller and vlogger and have stayed in tons if properties and always I have encouraged to share good review. But this will always be unforgetable memory for me and my family. Doctor had advised to take an MRI scanning. One week down the Journey, the pain around the head still exists. MRI scanning result is awaited

This is the first time i have stayed in a hotel. They provide a warm welcome. Very near to kodai lake. You can easily access shop and hotels. Hotels breakfast is awesome. I stayed for three days with my family. 24 hours room services. They provide a tourist guide and package. The hotel managers and staff are very humble. This 3 star hotel's ambience is too good. Room near and clean. Hot water is only available on time. Morning 6. 30am to 9 am. Don't worry if you requested they will arrange for it. When i was there there was no camp fire and apart from all good.
