This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

The location is very clean in every particular fashion design and searched, comfortable and comfortable rooms, breakfast with high quality products and searched. The beach service included in the price is a plus....

Place it near the station, but it is dirty near the station, many people have associations, which is not correct. Convenient in the morning and quick to leave and arrive in the evening. Tomorrow coffee, juice, croissant will be brought to your room in time in the morning, cleaning every day.

We loved the Santa Chiara. We arrived late at night and it was a little hard to find, but I guess that is all part of the charm! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and the location is unbeatable for the Centro Storico area. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was very convenient in the center of the city. It was lively at night but I was able to spend it comfortably. I was surprised that the bed was a semi-single size and very small, but other than that, I am satisfied.

Огромное спасибо Елении, Марии и остальным сотрудникам отеля за их гостеприимство и доброжелательность. Номера очень чистые, светлые, с прекрасным видом на море. Очень удобная кровать, замечательное белье и полотенца, очень вкусный завтрак, отличное расположение. Большое спасибо.

Top hotel with private parking. Cozy room and super helpful host. Incredible breakfast in the middle of the vineyards. to try again! :P Truly recommended.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione calcolando che ci siamo fermati per interrompere il viaggio dalla Calabria a Roma ma non ci siamo sentiti accolti ma soprattutto non ci è piaciuto il fatto che per accedere alla wifi occorre dare i propri dati personali privati e non si possono escludere i cookies. Il personale non sapeva che pesci prendere e non ci ha aiutato. Conclusione la wifi non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla.

The hotel is centrally located and it is so closed to the train and subway station. It is very convenient if you plan to take trains to the outskirts area. It is very safe as a lot of police will be around at night time. My only 2 suggestions are (1) the terrace should be opened for viewing Mount Versuvian. Unfortunately, it is always closed even I asked in the front desk. Second, the breakfast should have some slight change. I stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast are the same.
