Hotel Koh Phangan dengan Kolam Renang

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Thailand. We landed too late and there was already no boat to Koh Phangan (last boat leaves at 16.30) so we had to check in one day later and even if that was our fault not being able to get to the island , the lady in reception told us they have upgraded our room for Deluxe for free. So that was lovely surprise and it just kept carry on. The room had a bath on balcony , another bath and shower . All clean and very comfortable ! The restaurant area is just stunning ! The best sea view and the most romantic sunsets from here and I’m not even talking about the food - just amazing and tasty. The staff were speaking very good English and were more than helpful. This place is just perfect and I couldn’t fault it in any way !

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful beachfront suite (A02) facing out onto the ocean, palms, and a beach swing! The room is one of the best we've ever stayed in. A huge suite with a big wooden dividing door to separate the lounge and bedroom area. You could have a family of 4 in here (but we'll come onto that!). Every tiny detail around this resort is stylish and cool. We absolutely loved every aspect of our room/suite. All the staff were lovely, smiley and helpful (confused by some reviews on here to the contrary). My GF's Mai Tai was one of the best she's ever had. We've both travelled the world extensively both with work/holidays and we both agree that it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in as it perfectly suits are needs and the attention paid to detail/design was wonderful. Without question we would return here if it were an adult only resort. However, we have to admit that there are a few too many toddlers running around/screaming in the pool for our liking! We absolutely know this isn't the hotels fault. We travelled in August, so I guess it's the school holidays. We can also see that the room facilities work brilliantly for families too. If it were adult only, we'd be back next year! There's a free shuttle to the town every hour, which is brilliant AND they'll come and pick you up if you WhatsApp them for a crazy small fee. Congratulations to all for creating a memorable few days for us.

La ubicación es perfecta, sobre todo los bungalows de abajo, justo a la playa y las puestas de sol increíbles, el desayuno muy escueto, se come bien pero un poco caro, los bungalows están muy bien, pero lo peor el personal, no sonríen nunca y les cuesta servirte algo, sin duda los más desagradables de todos los hoteles en los que he estado..la piscina, puff..verde, pero de lo sucia que está...repetiría pero solo por la ubicación, paz y descanso.. gracias

Я с удовольствием оставлю положительный отзыв о Cocohut Beach Resort & SPA, но с небольшой оговоркой. Прежде всего, хочу отметить, что внимание к чистоте, уюта и сервису здесь действительно на высшем уровне. Я бы поставил им 5 баллов за чистоту: в номерах и на общей территории порядок идеальный, что создает ощущение комфорта и заботы о гостях. Сервис также подкупает — персонал вежливый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь, что делает отдых поистине приятным. Удобства в отеле не подкачали, предлагая всё необходимое для расслабляющего отдыха. Однако, говоря о местоположении, я бы поставил 4 балла. Дело в том, что пляж, на который выходит отель, оказался не столь привлекательным, как я ожидал. Вход в воду достаточно пологий, но это создает некоторые неудобства из-за наличия водорослей и камней на дне, что может разочаровать любителей плавания. Несмотря на это, следует отметить, что на острове есть множество других великолепных пляжей, которые вполне могут компенсировать этот недостаток. В целом, Cocohut Beach Resort & SPA — это отличное место для отдыха, и я с уверенностью буду рекомендовать его своим друзьям, учитывая все плюсы, которые я здесь ощутил.

Отель находится немного в отдалении от цивилизации. К этому нужно быть готовым. Ближайший 7 eleven - в 20 минутах ходьбы. Для нас это не было проблемой . Мы останавливались на 2 дня и полностью провели их в отеле. Не хотелось никуда выходить. На первый взгляд все кажется немного устаревшим, но на территории такая классная релаксовая атмосфера, что через 5 мин об этом забываешь. Мы жили на чудесной Вилле с бассейном и видом на закат прям с балкона. Были включены завтраки и ужины. Еда была божественная. Персонал очень внимательный. Все знают на какой ты вилле живешь, какой кофе ты любишь и т.д. Это очень удивительно было. У отеля прекрасный пляж - правда во второй половине дня, т.к. в первой половине из за прилива - пляж уходит под воду. Но во второй половине дня он открывается и там очень классно гулять . Места очень живописные.

I loved this hotel! The pool is incredible and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way but if you just want to hang out at the resort, it is more than equipped to keep you busy and/or relaxed (gym, pool, spa, beach). There is a cute little street right next to it with tons of great restaurants (Monsoon was amazing!) and that street leads to a huge beach. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone, but couples and families in particular.

A ÉVITER nous avions effectué une réservation pour 8 nuits, il y'a plusieurs mois et l'hôtel a annulé notre réservation la veille de notre arrivée le 30/12 et a débité notre carte de crédit le jour même !!!! On leur a téléphoné et ils nous ont dit que l'hôtel était complet ! Je leur ai dit que que j'avais une réservation mais ils s'en fichent totalement 😱 Imaginez la galère de trouver une chambre la veille du réveillon à Ko Phangan.... On a réussi à trouver un hôtel beaucoup plus cher et horrible profitant des réservations de dernière minute, un bouge à 180€ la nuit... Grosse arnaque du début à la fin ! Éviter l'hôtel Da Kanda qui même lorsque vous payez annule votre chambre sans excuse ni préavis !

I had the best time. I was there solo traveling for 10 days to learn Muay Thai. Beautiful resort - staff is super friendly and kind. Beautiful sunsets at the rooftop book, great breakfast. They send cars to pick me up and drop me. Always on time and very professional. Big shoutout to Bambam from the restaurant and Saw and May from the kitchen. I had a special soup I required them to make - something from India which they had no experience making. They were super kind, made it and served it to me everyday. What an incredible guest experience! Definitely a 5 star experience

Overall the hotel was nice but in several point not what we expected: We booked a „villa with sea view“. There was no sea view at the villa that was assigned to us. You couldn’t see the sea neither from within the villa nor from the pool nor from the sun beds nor from the outside bath tub. The only way to see a glimpse of the sea was to stand up on a certain spot on the terrace. That’s not what we expected from a room advertised as „with sea view“ and the (trip.com) booking page also suggested otherwise. When we complained, we got assigned another villa where we could see the sea partly. Thank you for that. However, the manager told us that the photos from the booking page were in fact another villa. But it's not my responsibility to make sure that the photos and pictures provided on booking pages are correct. The hotel has to take care of that! This holds also true for the next issue: The gym was closed due to renovation. In the booking process, they advertised a huge fitness center with lots of machines. Now it’s shut down and we did not get any information about this. The „mini gym“, which does not even have at least one multi exercise machine, is nothing but a bad joke and no replacement at all for a proper gym! Again the staff told us they would inform about this on their website. When I checked that, I still found the photos of the large gym on their own website. It was just called ”mini gym”. But how am I supposed to know what they mean by that and that the provided photos are no longer correct??

You get what you pay for Simple decoration and food but friendly staff and great view from the 2nd floor till the roof, first floor doesn't get to see view
