Big room, clean, shower a little bit old, very good location 😊👍

Номер тесный, так как есть ещё кушетка, стол, мебель. Кровати жёсткие, полуторо спальные в ширину, достаточно длинные, жестковатые. Убирают средне, но в целом норм. Полотенце для ног не поменяли, нет мыла, есть жидкий шампунь и гель. Не заполняют салфетки на столе, если закончились. Завтрак совсем простой, нужно просить чтобы докладывали еду, например овощи, когда на столе пусто. Слабая звукоизоляция, дверь-окно номера выходит на бассейн и слышно, как орут дети. Вечером хорошо слышно музыку и волны. Слабый напор воды в душевой, вода долго нагревается. Нет душа у бассейна, ноги негде сполоснуть после пляжа. Есть общая неприятная лужа для споласкивания ног. Замок был кривой, техник поменял его за 15 минут. Таракан в ванной. Номера без кроватей, матрасы лежат на деревянной доске, которая занимает половину комнаты. Матрасы жесткие, спалось плохо. Кондиционер современный, но настроить комфортную температуру у меня не получилось. 25 градусов холодно, а 26 душно. Море чистое и красивое. Песок мягкий и классный. Пляж супер. Есть ещё соседний Ao Chor. Массажей вечерних рядом нет. Много ресторанов рядом, ценник на еду на Самете высокий. Хорошее кафе Nice & Easy рядом. Из плюсов: Море. Wi-fi хороший, много спотов. Нет толпы людей, рядом два красивых пляжа, в целом спокойно и не шумно, мужик на ресепшн нормальный, техник тоже норм (быстро поменял нам замок от двери). Хороший тихий холодильник, кондиционер ок. Две мини бутылки воды каждый день. Есть пляжные полотенца. Несколько жёлтых мягких лежаков на пляже. Если переставить более грамотно мебель в номере, поставить нормальные кровати (которые не приделаны к стене), чтобы можно было делать перестановку по-своему удобству, мягкие матрасы, добавить душ у бассейна и кран для ног, улучшить напор воды в номере, улучшить завтраки и сделать их до 10:30 хотя бы, будет ок.

My wife adores fresh seafood and ordered fresh shrimp and fresh squid that was listed as price by weight. When we got the very small plates of ”fresh seafood” the shrimp had been mashed up covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried until hard and the squid stir fried in garlic. These are 100b street food dishes at best The tiny plates were devoured in seconds, it was barely an appetiser. When the bill arrived we had been charged the full price for 1kg despite only having a miniscule portion. Then we were told after the event, even though the menu clearly said price by weight, that this was a mistake and it was price per plate. Be careful here, it's a beautiful location but the prices are ridiculously expensive and aimed at unsuspecting tourists. It's the most expensive squid I've had in over 10 years living in Thailand and there's much better value to be had next door

Returned to Koh Samed again two years since Covid pandemic.The island resorts and businesses have been totally decimated by Covid.I stayed Vongduean beach and apart from a few Thais there was absolutely nobody there.I felt so sorry for the locals as they’ve had hardly any business for two years. On previous visits I’ve stayed in the beach bungalows but over BT3000 a night I stayed in the newer block of rooms overlooking the pool.Surprised they’ve kept the same prices as most hotels seem to be about 50% cheaper than normal due to lack of customers. The beach and the sea are wonderful with crisp white sand and azure coloured clear sea. As the resort is very quiet there we’re just a few staff.Breakfast is the usual egg station,fruit,bacon,sausage,Thai porridge plus tea and coffee set overlooking the sea. It’s a fantastic place for couples or family holidays but in my opinion the prices are far to high at present. NB To gain access to ferry/speedboat crossing to Koh Samed a negative Antigen test is required which you will be taken by side car from ferry port to local clinic takes about 20 minutes before you’re allowed to cross to Koh Samed. Overall beautiful island an hours taxi ride from Pattaya but rooms far too expensive.

We stayed for 3 nights as a walk-in paying just over 1000THB per night on a holiday weekend. (Budget rooms available for 800THB). Our room was large, with a nice balcony looking onto the gardens, Good air con and a big wetroom bathroom with warm water shower. The bed was large and comfortable with crisp, freshly laundered sheets. The whole place is spotlessly clean- the friendly girl who runs the place does an excellent job, she’s always buzzing around, cleaning and sweeping. The hotel is around 3 mins walk to a lovely white sand beach along a quiet path. You’re not on the beachfront but getting there is still a ‘shoes off’ experience and you’re paying half the price you will for a beachfront hotel. It was a holiday weekend when we stayed with lots of Thai party goers hitting the karaoke hard which sounded like cats being tortured. We were thankful to be further away from the bars and restaurants and had quiet nights here. Wong Deuan beach is lovely but there is less infrastructure here than at Sai Kaew village and consequently prices at bars and restaurants are higher. We tended to walk over to the next bay Ao Cho where there are a couple of slightly cheaper reggae bars. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the beaches and would fully recommend Bell House as a place to stay.

Замечательно провели время в этом отеле. Находится на первой линии пляжа Вонг Дуан острова Самет. Все очень чисто, полотенце и постель меняли ежедневно. Территорию убирают. Завтраки хорошие, все вкусно. Сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательные, всегда ответят на все вопросы, помогли организовать трансфер. Даже без знания языка с помощью переводчика всегда старались нам ответить на все интересующие нас вопросы. Хочу поблагодарить абсолютно всех сотрудников этого отеля, официантов, уборщиц, садовников, охрану и конечно managment team Gm Eddy, FOM Mong, Ex. Hk Potchanam. Эти люди оставили очень хорошее впечатление о себе.

I'm a professional travel agent and travel expert. I inspect hotel throughout Asia for 6 months already. Big hotel chains has hosted me for a reviews in media in my country. Bofore leaving Thailand I decided to spend some time on a beautiful beach Ao Cho of Samet Island. That's the most beautiful beach here with clear cristal waters and white sand. The resort itself is very old, Iean The Grand View Ao Cho redort which manages Tropical Samet Resort. And Tropical Samet Resort is a newly built part of it. The construction looks very good, but only looks. It is very bad done in details. I stay on a standard room on th second floor. Good bed, no furniture at all. No table, no any chair. So you will not be able to work eith your notebook for some time if you need. The shower is only the wall shower. So when you walk in from the beach you can not only just wash your legs off the sand, you gonna need take your all body shower. It's very inconvenient. For ladies especially, there is only one mirror in the bath room and there is no light to see your face appropriately. So, forget about making a good makeup. There's no safebox in the room. Pay attention to it! You will have to take all your valuables and belongins with you always! No any special place to allicate your luggage. No shelves. The good thing is that you sleep in a new bed. And the room is fresh. But it will be downgraded quickly because the quality of works is so poor. The locker in the door is electronic but it is shacking like it is broken. The restaurant of the resort is very expensive. And the service is very slow and bad. Today I had a dinner. There were only two tables occupied. I waited for my club sandwich for 30 mins. I also ordered hot latte and tgey brought me cappuccino. Ok, I decided to check and ordered latte again. Same. They brought me cappuccino, bitter cappuccino again. Although the restaurant has wide variety of coffee in the menu. And it's definitely supposed to understand the difference between latte and cappuccino. I waited for another cup of coffee 10 mins)) What could be easier to push the button in the coffee machine)) Also how come to mix ketchup and maionese? The chef, where are you from? Are you from far resorted village from the mountains in Thailand? For those travellers who wish to stay here and enjoy the best beach, the hotel is still in shape noting the fact that even bad bad resorts on the island are all full because of high demand now, I advise you to eat in a small cafe like a rasta-bar on the beach. The service is very quick, very delicious, even soups and 2 times cheaper then in the hotel restaurant. Have a safe and enjoyable travel.

Watch out for hidden fees....as we had an additional guest arriving we discussed the room rate extensively 1 day prior and even got the confirmation via a print-out. Then during check in, the rate was suddenly increased substantially due to ”weekend charges” for our 2 day stay...even though our first night was on a Thursday. According to staff, they ”forgot to mention these fees the day before”....it felt like a cheap tourist scam. For the remainder: very big windows in the appartment which can not be locked from the inside, so don't leave valuables inside the house. Food is mediocre and very high priced compared to resorts on the other beaches nearby. There are many resorts in that neighborhood and this one ranks low in my opinion.

สวัสดีค่ะทุกคนนน ช่วงนี้อากาศแปรปรวนมากเดี๋ยวร้อนเดี๋ยวฝน แต่สายเที่ยวแบบเราก็ไม่หวั่นค่า อยู่ๆก็เกิดอยากจะไปเที่ยวทะเลเลยจัดทริปกันแบบไฟรนตูดมากก หาที่พักไปหลายที่มากแต่ห้องเต็มหมด จนทริปจะล่มแล้วเลยลองฮึดสู้ หาอีกรอบนึง ในที่สุด!!!ชั้นก็มีที่พักจ้าาาา @tongtaphaview samed resort เกาะเสม็ด จ.ระยองใกล้ๆกรุงเทพนี่เองง เดี๋ยวจะมาเล่าตั้งแต่วิธีการไปเลยยย เราขับรถกันไประยอง ตำบลบ้านเพ จาก กทม-ระยอง ประมาณ 3-4 ชม. ฝากจอดรถที่ท่าเรือ วันละ 60฿ ไปนั่งเรือที่ท่าเรือนวลทิพย์ เรือธรรมดา ไป-กลับ 140/ท่าน ( 30-40 นาที) , Speed Boat ไป-กลับ 300/ท่าน ( 10-20 นาที) พอไปถึงจะเสียค่าเข้าอุทยานคนละ 40฿ (เพิ่งเริ่มเก็บช่วงโควิด) และค่ารถสองแถวนั่งไปที่พักอีกคนละ 50฿ ถึงที่พัก พอไปถึงจะมีพนักงานขับรถสามล้อมาช่วยยกของ เราเดินเข้าไปนิดนึงก็ถึงที่พัก พอถึงที่พักพนักงานก็นำ welcome drink มาเสริฟ (ทับใจตรงนี้มาก บริการดีมากกกก) บรรยยากาศที่พักดีมาก ติดวิวทะเลเลย กิจกรรมของทางรีสอร์ท ตบมือเรียกปลา signature ของที่นี่เลย แค่ตบมือปลาก็มาให้เราดูเป็นฝูง เซิร์ฟบอร์ด เรือแคนนู ตาข่ายลอยน้ำ บีนแบค เปลชายหาด ที่ตักทราย แบดมินตัน ลูกบอล จานร่อน บอร์ดเกม เบ็ดตกปลา / ตกหมึก อาาหาร มีบริการอาหารเช้าฟรีทุกมื้อ รีสอร์ทมีอาหารขาย ราคา 80 - 500 (อร่อยหลายเมนูมากก) ส่วนราคาที่พักห้องที่ปิ๊งพักจะราคาอยู่ที่ 3000/คืน รวมอาหารเช้า ถึงจะไม่ใช่ห้อง sea ​​view แต่ตื่นมาก็เห็นทะเลเลยเหมือนกันน (แอบเสียใจจองห้อง sea ​​view ไม่ทันเพราะห้องเต็มหมด) พนักงานบริการดีมากกกกก 10/10 โดยรวมคือ 10/10 ไปเลยยย
