📍波普度假酒店出門就是漁人村，夜市，逛吃超級方便，酒店整體不大 分為度假會和普通酒店兩個部分，度假會是會員制 都是帶廚房的套件 特別適合家庭出遊， 🛎️服務人員都非常nice 打招呼什麼的 但不知為何沒有歡迎酒， 🛁設施不太行了 太老舊了 馬桶不行 下水道反味兒 空調噪音極大 床墊也不行 感覺是到了年份重新裝修了， 🥘我最看重的早餐 也是不夠豐盛啊 一天就能全部吃過，當然是好吃的，就算是 少而精吧，推薦大家去嘗泰式甜點，其中有一天是糯米裹酸奶，好吃哭了！！

Right on Bophut Beach. Booked the King Deluxe Sea View and couldn’t have been happier. Incredible view, huge private terrace with day bed. Incredibly comfy bed / duvet. Great facilities. Worked remotely my entire stay and the wifi was incredible not only in the room but also by the beach! Only negative would be the restaurant closes around 930pm so you’re out of luck if you want food after that. And Koh Samui doesn’t have a lot of delivery options at night. But overall incredible stay and really close to Fisherman’s Village which was a blast (great massages, restaurants, markets, beach bars, water activities, etc etc etc). Would definitely come back here.

I read many reviews about this resort and studied the Mantra Samui website, but never learned until after I booked (4 nights stay) my room that they had cancelled , during Covid, the regular shuttle that took guests down the hill to Fisherman Villa. I learned this because I called the hotel before my trip to ask some questions and also ask how to reserve a place on their shuttle. The resort does have one auto/driver that will drive you down to the bottom of the hill if it is there, and if it is not picking up someone at the airport. The shuttle delivers you directly to the bottom of the hill, is pretty much is just a local road. Then you can wave down a taxi and negotiate the price. Some fun! The Mantra Sumai should update their website to say the regular shuttle has been cancelled, and replaced by their maybe available one car. Continuing my story... We booked a massage at another hotel that is about 20 minutes away, and gave ourselves one hour to get there. So the night before we reserved to get the ride down to the bottom of the hill for the next day afternoon. When we went to reception, we were informed there was an accident, which was a flat tire, and the tire 'might' be fixed in half an hour and then another 20 minutes to get back to the Mantra. They apparently felt no responsibility to contact us. Just wait for the guests to show up and then tell them. They felt no responsibility to call the driver for any update. They then offered to call a taxi, but that would take about 20 minutes to arrive. Also when you call a taxi there is no opportunity for negotiation. My hour was dwindling. Well 20 is better than maybe 30 + 20 minutes. So they called the taxi. Luckily the Mantra driver showed up after 15 minutes, and the taxi was cancelled. My conclusion, after all the interfaces with reception, is they have a poor sense of responsibility and lacking the ability for logical thinking to provide a good guest experience. There are other examples beyond the above. Our suite room was in good condition, and everything functioning. Well, except the phone did not work, but I did not need that. The suite has a king size bed and a separate built in bed in the back of the living room. OK, so 4 people can stay. But the flaw in the suites is there is only a 2 person love seat to sit on. There is no chair, and no desk. It is no fun to use your laptop when the coffee table level is below your knees. A simple 4 leg table for a desk, and a simple chair would be nice, and not cost very much. They do have an on-site co-work room somewhere, but I did not use it. I think it is an extra cost and I did not have that much work to do anyway. The highlight of the Mantra Samui was the included breakfast. There are many cooked to order choices plus a buffet of juices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and several breads you can toast yourself. Had an amazing stay at the Bandara resort. We had room 146 which was great and the gardens were Beautiful!! Special shout out to Kitti , who is a fantastic host and made our stay extra special!! A lovely house keeper for our first week who worked very hard to make our room look amazing and smell Devine when came back after a day out. And Faye/kaye sorry I’m not 100% at breakfast she was lovely too. Special staff deserve a special mention!! We will definitely return! Great location to walk to fisherman’s village for great restaurants x 😀

This is a lovely hotel in beautiful grounds in a tranquil part of Bophut. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a garden villa which was huge with a superb four poster bed and all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The staff are very helpful and polite and the pool overlooking the beach is gorgeous. The main restaurant overlooking the beach is beautifully located but we were less impressed with cuisine than other reviewers as the choice is a tad limited although very competitively priced. However if you really love Thai food, there are perhaps better options nearby. Fisherman’s Village can easily be reached on foot and there’s a handy 7/11 nearby for snacks. Unlike some other hotels on the island, particularly in Chaweng, the BoPhut Resort & Spa seems to attract a more mature clientele which was a definite plus for us. Overall this is a wonderful hotel and we would happily return.

We stayed 6 nights here The location was good shops and Resturants near by. The Resort is very large and well spread out and grounds are looked after, some of the staff are welcoming to you others are not. The room was fine good space and a outside bath and porch area bathroon was open and ok. There staff at the reception were great helpfull and i did not get a name but a young man who went out of his way for guest and always had a smile. My let downs we arrived at the pool area twice tom find there were no towels so you would have to go up to bar area and ask straight away someone was sent to get more. Breakfast most morning as you went to get food there was none again you would have to ask this happened most mornings even the bread baskets run out. as the breakfast areas were hot in morning again we would have to ask for fans to be turned on to move the air around just small things but frustinging at same time. If you do stay there go to the night markets down the road they are great Mon, Wed, Friday night well worth the effort great food cooked fresh

This is my favorite hotel ever Holiday Inn Samui. Perfectly Breakfast, Fully furnished room, Big swimming pool, Kids playground, Kids Club and etc.I have to mention this; we met ‘Khun Nim’ at the great breakfast restaurant and she took our family to the Kid club… After 3 days our child almost sleep there. They’ve got 3 or 4 staffs am not sure to take care of your children and also break time to clean the room, toys and etc. For parents are perfect cause you can leave them there, some information paper to sign, just don’t worry they’ve lots of activities for your children; playing, listening, watching, painting, drawing and climbing. We need more time here.

Difficile de trouver mieux rapport qualité prix ! Ça été notre camp de base pendant presque 1 mois et vraiment l’emplacement est top. Par quoi commencer : Gilles le patron, toujours dispo pour vous apporter ses bons conseils et vous aider à organiser votre séjour. Il prendra également soin de vous réserver votre scooter. Le staff, 2 sœurs, des amours qui s’occupent de vous au quotidien avec une telle gentillesse représentent vraiment une valeur ajoutée. C’est jamais non, et tout est possible si nécessaire. Vos réservations : taxis, restos, bateaux vers les îles etc… Vous déposez votre pressing le matin, il vous sera restitué le lendemain sur votre lit (50 bahts le kilo !). L’accès au Karma un petit resort attenant au white cottage et juste toppissime, c’est beau, c’est bon et c’est pro. Adressez-vous à Benoit ou à Francis, les managers,ils vous réserveront le meilleur accueil. La proximité de Fisherman village 5’ en scoot 15 minutes à pied en passant par le night market open 4 jours par semaine. Nos incontournables : The Treehouse, Guston Italiano, le Maithy pour le Sunset, le Baobab chez Greg Lamai Beach, Jungle avec sa vue incomparable de Samui et bien d’autres… Bon séjour à tous 🍹🏖😎🌞

Then a moody breakfast service attendent came to take my order offensively. She might not in a good mood this morning so she made me so.

Sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter, aber komisches Publikum (Touristen). Man merkt den Thais an, dass sie sich von den bad vibes der Touristen versuchen sich nicht anstecken zu lassen. Super Frühstück, riesengroße Anlage. Habe mich in der ersten Nacht verlaufen und konnte mein Zimmer nicht finden, weil die Zimmernummerierung ausschließlich auf Thai war. Dafür bietet das Hotel vieles an Freizeitaktivitäten. Bin Alleinreisender und hab mich herzlich wohlgefühlt bei den Thais. Sobald aber ein 08/15 Tourist kam, merkte man die Nervosität der Mitarbeiter an, da fast alle Gäste quasi nur am nörgeln sind. Daher war ich froh nach acht Nächten wieder woanders good vibes zu spüren. Und das ist schließlich das, was Thailand es auch ausmacht. Kurzum: die Thais haben diese hochnäsigen Touristen nicht verdient.

Очень большой номер! Есть балкон! Довольно стильный интерьер. Кондиционер установлен так, что не дует на кровать! Хозяйка супер приветливая. Удобные матрас и подушки! Подушки это общая боль тайский отелей. Но в этом отеле супер удобные! Место тоже очень удачное. В стороне от шума и в тоже время в 3-х минутах от пляжа, кафе, 7-11. Все рядом! Мы очень довольны! Если ещё когда-ни удобные уедем на Самуи обязательно остановимся в этом отеле!

Beautiful and decorated hotel in a great location inside the heart of the Fisherman village. Rooms are large, well-equipped and with high maintenance level. All of the staff had been very nice and efficient in fulfilling our needs. Breakfast was tasty, rich and in great location over the beach. On the other hand, we could overhear music from a nearby club until 11 pm inside our room, but it was not too disturbing (except one night which it was), and since the place is widespread, I guess this may not happen to all rooms.
