Ulasan Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort

Very elegant hotel but didn’t realise the larger pool and lounge area is across a main road. But overall good location. Cleanliness is good. I got a garden view room right at the back but then they changed it because there was too much noise and I couldn’t sleep. Staff are friendly. Private beach area. They have kayaks and paddle boarding free for guests as well as yoga. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and about a 15 min walk to lamai night market. Would stay again.

Absolutely fantastic! The whole experience was simply perfect. We stayed there for only two nights, but it was perfect. The room was amazingly big, the bed was super comfortable, the staff was friendly and always willing to help, and the whole vibe was just stay in the hotel cause you have everything you need inside. They have a small gym, play room with pool, ping pong, air tag, board and cards game and even a PlayStation room and also morning and afternoon free activities like Pilates, body weight workouts, stretching etc. Next time in koh samui we’re definitely going back!

Very Suitable for Families that plan to relax and leisure

Excellent location and great staff with service mind.

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff at the front desk. Hotel is too big and swimming pool is on the other side of the main road which is not very convenient.

In general nice hotel, but the service leaves much to be desired, especially at the restaurant Edgewater. There are vey nice play area with billiards, table tennis and air hockey. The gym is terrible. The beach is not very good, and the water is very muddy (dirty) in that place.

Overall the hotel is good. However room and bathroom are quite small. Better buffet selection for breakest is needed more variety.

Nice hotel. Smallish twin rooms but with the benefit of balconies looking over pretty garden. Nice buffet breakfast. 2 pools - one family pool across the road (aided by crossing guards) next to the beach. beach not suitable for swimming while we were there. Seemed ages to get from airport to hotel. Staff friendly enough but we requested a chair for the balcony (only 1 in the twin room) on several occasions but never received it. Small thing but a bit irritating. All in all a nice stay.

Great boutique hotel! The location is considered far from Lamai town, 10 min walk to eatery and rent motorbike. Edge water swimming pool is facing the beach and quiet relaxing sitting in front of the curve area with green big bean bag. Nice room and comfortable mattress. The room has not enough light, feel dark. Air cond sound very loud. Smart tv with variety of tv pragramme. Breakfast choice can be improved, need to go early before 930am to avoid crowd. I really like the game room. The staff name “Nine” and “Leah” both are friendly , greet us every morning, Nine helped us to book grab, as the hotel address is hard to identify from the grab app. Last, make sure that choose correct address you select hotel address in grab, as outrigger has just moved to Lamai.
