1.Poor room facilities with dirty water and dirty tank. 2.Terrible staffs and manager keep lying to the clients. 3.Less breakfast food selection.

Great secluded location with amazing service. Had amazing dinner at the Thai restaurant with sea at the background. Breakfast has nice mix of hot and cold stuffs. Best part is the swimming pool where you can spend hours.

Hotel with very beautiful environment, the outdoor and landscape is a very well planned and maintained. The room is quite nice and we were excited with jacuzzi in the balcony, unfortunately we noticed that after filling it with water, the water was very smelly and with some colour, the pressure system was not working and it was very disappointing, for a 5 star hotel.

Third time back. Seven days this time and not long enough. It’s not cheap but we love this place; the room, the grounds, the food, the staff and the fresh air. We booked the “romantic dinner” on the beach which was perfectly done except the tenderloin was as tough as a rubber boot. Nevertheless, it didn’t ruin our night nor our stay. Look forward to going back.

Very good for big families or two families who want to stay together- spacious, cozy but have own privacy when close the slid doors. It s a bit expensive. But the environment is so nice. The private swimming pool is small (but good for small kids) and it s just a few steps from the beach, which is exactly the way I like.

Nice hotel but should do more on sustainability, amenities should be refill, not in plastic bottle. Breakfast can be improved with fresh fruit juice and organic selection. Overall it’s a nice place

酒店距離機場大概10Km，酒店提供付費的接送機服務。分不同的車型，價錢不一樣，可能會比自己打車貴一些，但是安全方便。 酒店由一條路隔開，可通過天橋往來。大堂一邊是靠近海邊的別墅，另一邊是豪華客房。 園景別墅，院裏有個小泳池，孩子非常喜歡。 酒店有兩個公共泳池，一個在海邊，一個在豪華客房下。泳池不是24小時開放。海邊泳池每天下午4-5點提供免費的雞尾酒🍸 在豪華客房處有健身房，器械挺多。 海邊沙灘沙子不細，海里有珊瑚，有小魚小蝦，漲潮後可以自己去浮潛，帶孩子玩觀察海里小動物挺有意思，海膽挺多，還有無刺海蔘（應該是海蔘吧）😅 房間設施不新，甚至古香古色，但是個人以及家人住着都挺舒服的，就見仁見智吧。 早餐不錯，不很豐富，但味道不錯。中西合璧，現磨咖啡，奶茶都不錯，需要自己點。 酒店的服務很棒，薩瓦迪卡是聽見最多的 從酒店出去，到達主路步行大概八九百米，路口就有Tops超市，吃喝等日用品都有。再往前走，有7-11。餐館也有 總體來説很棒，值得體驗

集團一般不會令你太失望，服務好令你住得很舒服。設施有點舊但不大問題，海灘不及Chaweng那邊，但玩玩水也可接受。其他都很好，特別是其中一間餐廳TawaNN裡面的食物都非常好質素，很精美。健身室有免費飲品，設施很齊全，這是一般蘇梅其他酒店很忽略的地方。再一次感謝這裡的每一位員工，食飯時幫我們趕走蒼蠅，而且趕得很溫柔，不是殺死而是放生，令人感覺很好。

酒店建成的時間稍久，設施維護很好，前台接待非常熱情。酒店分成兩個區域，一路之隔。餐廳和 villa 房型靠近海灘，園景房在另一側。

這次的房型是有私人泳池的但偏小，外面的泳池很大跟沙灘零距離，服務人員非常熱心，主動處理一切問題，是一家非常好的酒店。

房間有點小，設施也不新，但總體來説還算乾淨，沒有異味，海景值回價格。浴缸由於半個室外不太乾淨，套上了一次性浴缸袋泡，第二天room service服務員並沒有幫忙收拾。泳池就在沙灘邊上，視野好，很多人包括我都在那裡消磨一下午。4點有免費的調酒活動，幾乎人手一杯。比起卡爾頓那種出行靠車的大型度假village，這種可以隨便散步植被充沛的小酒店反倒更舒服。

説實話 酒店的服務和設施還是超出了我的想象預期 酒店人員非常非常友善 都是微笑着解決所有的需求 酒店也有免費的小船和槳板 總之不錯

我們這次定了別墅房型，酒店服務是很好的，有中文服務，非常優秀。 酒店的海灘一般，海岸線不長，水質感覺一般估計是和天氣有關吧，這個酒店去哪裡都方便，位置是非常優越的，自帶游泳池很小，適合家庭出遊。

住的六樓，海景很漂亮，還能看到日落。環境很好，服務也很棒！ 服務：Pook服務員服務很棒 環境：很好，這次住了兩個酒店。一個萬麗，一個隔壁的拉麥，相比萬麗就好了很多！ 衞生：衞生基本出了房間就有人打掃 設施：該有的基本都有，mini吧，健身房，兩個泳池等
