Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the centre of Chaweng. Tastefully done it integrate into it's surroundings with two fantastic pools

The room was good. The only problem was the heater. Otherwise... Overall was good stay.

Amazing location, amazing staff and overall amazing experience. Loved it here. Would definitely stay again if to return to Koh Samui.

I think most reviews are from people in their young 20's. They want to party( the hotel is situated right in the busy area of Chaweng) and don't need qualitysleep. Us on the otherhand need a comfortable matras and quietness. That are the things you are not getting here. The sun was on the windows and if the airconditioning(which makes a lot of noise) was off , it was a sauna. We fell asleep at 4am , finally, and got woken up again bij the first airplane 6.55 am. Not for us here!

Great value for money, very friendly staff, clean rooms with air conditioning, mini bar. You are in the center of the town. It has an incredibly convenient price.

The hotel was ok in itself although seemed very unfinished (bare walls with no paint) also no mention of a building site right next door with work ongoing all day from early morning! Also unfortunately right on the Samui flight path so you get low flying aircraft overhead every hour 😢

Acces to beach, towels provided.. Seems annex of bigger hotel (pricey) as you walk to beach. Use of all the bigger hotels facilities. Rooms are great.. No view, and the 'Mc rooms are so named as directly above McDonald's. One note.. To get into bed, there's N 18 inch step up.. Not for older or impaired guests

Me and my Dad stayed here for one night and we couldn’t fault the place. We had the twin room and it was immaculate, the staff were super friendly and it was so quick and easy to get a taxi to and from the the airport/pier. It is bang on in the middle of the main town which is buzzing in the evenings. There’s a generous choice of lovely bars and restaurants all up and down the strip but it’s also best of both worlds as the back end of the building has a beautiful little walkway down to the stunning beach which just takes you out of the rush if you’re looking for a more relaxed stay. The noise from the high street can be heard slightly from the room in the evenings but from reading previous reviews we already expected this and it wasn’t a problem for us (the air con drowned out the sound anyway) ☺️ would highly recommend, especially if it’s for a night or two. I personally will be booking us in again for our journey home in 6 weeks time. Thank you for your hospitality J4 🫶🏽

Best location in Chaweng. Perfect if you look for a place to enjoy the beautiful beach or nightlife. Staff were extremely helpful. Their service was beyond expectations. We will definitely come back. Great job J4 team. Keep it up!
