Tap didn’t work, bad shower, bad air conditioning and the room was smelly. Far better options than this.

A budget Hotel breakfast is good if you get it. Beach is nearby Sliding glass doors don’t seem secure for us close to airport

Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service in Chaweng
I recently stayed at Lotus Friendly Hotel in Chaweng with my wife and baby. The hotel boasts cleanliness and spaciousness, with daily room cleaning ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information.
One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious Mediterranean-style cuisine. The restaurant staff were exceptional, making our dining experience truly memorable. They were also incredibly friendly and accommodating towards our baby, which made us feel even more welcome.
The hotel's location was convenient, with a Seven Eleven and several restaurants nearby, making it easy to access essentials and dining options. Additionally, the beach was just a 2-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline effortlessly. While the city center was a bit further, a 20-minute walk provided an opportunity to explore more of Chaweng.
The only minor downside was the noise at night, which is perhaps typical of the vibrant atmosphere in Chaweng. However, this did not significantly detract from our overall experience, as the hotel's other amenities and exceptional service more than made up for it.
Overall, I highly recommend Lotus Friendly Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chaweng. The combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, excellent service, and convenient location makes it a top choice for travelers. We look forward to returning in the future.

Good hotel for this price. Big minus is that they don't have safeboxes even at the reception
Yea, and a very(!) slippy floor.
The beach is rocky and if you want to swim you should take a small walk along the water.

This hotel is great because of its location, dining experience, friendly staff, motorbike rental, cute cats, clean room, and beautiful palm trees. When I return to Koh Samui, I would definitely stay here again.

No lift on top floor 4 flights of stairs , ,bath towels where old very shabby smelt and rock hard , be good for sanding wood ! !! The water goes off when busy times so cannot have shower or flush toilet
Would not stay again
Need new towels urgently and bathroom needs upgraded asap

This is a very friendly hotel, helpful in what ever you need. Transport, laundry… More quite down here but its a 10 min walk to the busy streets…

Отель расположен в 2-3 минутах ходьбы от моря, район довольно шумный, много машин. В номере было чисто, но не работал смывной бачок в туалете. Бачок починили, но ночью сломался кондиционер, всю ночью было душно и жарко. При заселении взяли залог 2000 бат.

una terribile esperienza. Premessa, mi sono rivolto ad una agenzia per andare sul sicuro ,riguardo hotel e trasporti per raggiungerlo. Agenzia Phuket Travel Shop. arrivati a Ko Samui il 16 febbraio, facciamo il check in, le nostre camere erano in un edificio staccato dalla reception , il vialetto buio e pieno di pozzanghere, in camera un odore sgradevole, asciugamani ruvidi come carta vetro, aria condizionata nonostante impostata a 18 gradi era calda, poi lo split ha cominciato a gocciolare, tanto che ho dovuto mettere un asciugamani sul pavimento per non scivolare. Vado in ricezione per far presente tutto questo, mi rispondono che al mio ritorno avrebbero aggiustato il condizionatore. rotorno in camera verso mezzanotte il condizionatore gocciolava ancora di piu, faccio di nuovo presente, verso la una di notte due operai finiscono il lavoro e posso dormire .Giorno successivo chiedo di cambiare camera, ma dando uno sguardo alle altre camere capisco che sia il caso di lasciare anticipatamente l hotel. Tutto questo segnalo anche in agenzia, ma niente cambia. Dopo la prima notte check out, nonostante ho pagato per 5 notti. la agenzia mi dice che non e rimborsabile, e comunque posso fare una mail di segnalazione. Al mio ritorno, mi reco in agenzia per cercare di ottenere un rimborso, mi rispondono che e tardi, avrei dovuto farlo subito dopo il check out, cosa che mai mi hanno detto prima. Conclusione, ho pagato un servizio mal usufruito, sicuramente per colpa di un hotel vergognoso, ma anche la agenzia che me lo ha proposto e poi non ha saputo indicarmi una possibile via di uscita.Ho visto che il soggiorno risulta completato cosi sia hotel che agenzia hanno svolto il loro buon lavoro ed il sottoscritto preso letteralmente per i fondelli .
