Overall, the hotel is good. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped. In our room, the sink was located in the entryway, not in the bathroom. On the downside, the showerhead didn't stay in its holder, and the spray was weak. Accessing the upper buildings from the beach requires climbing several flights of stairs, followed by more stairs up to the 3rd floor. There are no elevators. The property features 3 swimming pools, a dive club, and a spa. There's a free shuttle bus to the pier three times a day.

Amazing service staff and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Well worth the trip there!! Food was also great - get the bbq / grilled seafood!

Good, good good good good

The beach this hotel is on is incredible and a must-see in Koh Tao. The hotel itself is great, but it has limited connections to other restaurants, which they exploit by charging 20 euros for dishes (which is far too expensive for Thailand). You can't easily go eat elsewhere without a motorbike. If you're considering walking, it's a 30-minute trek with terrible hills.

We paid for an upgrade from a Sea Balcony Room to an Ocean Balcony Room, but the view of the beach was very poor. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend paying for the upgrade. The hotel offers several activities like kayaking. They help you rent a scooter since the hotel is located far from town. There is a transfer service to the city center three times a day. The beach is one of the best in Koh Tao.

Overall, it was good. There was no bidet spray in the bathroom, and the common restrooms frequently had drainage issues. The service was good, but when I first requested a pillow in Thai, I got no response and had to ask again in English.

The hotel was nice location, have lot activities to do have free complimentary paddle boarding, Kayaking and there 3 of swimming pools but 1 pool is maintenance, at the same time before I booked the room I called for asking about contributions in hotel they no , 2nd thing is staff at restaurant can’t turn problem in good way “ totally I’m happy with place” and thank you.

The accommodation was great, the service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. The only minor drawbacks were the infrequent shuttle service to get around and the considerable number of stairs.

Amazing hotel!!!

The hotel isn't brand new, but the rooms are spacious. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view, complete with a daybed, which was a fantastic feature. It's located on the other side of the pier. While there's a shuttle service, we preferred renting a scooter to get around. Breakfast was pretty standard and could get quite crowded. The beach is gorgeous, and they offer complimentary kayaks for guests. They also have three excellent swimming pools. Overall, we were satisfied with our two-day stay.

A pretty good hotel, though some areas are a bit dated. The lower level near the beach, especially, looks very nice.
