Ulasan Amanda Hotel

The design is really unique and its not one u get to stay everytime. Carpark provided, and coupon given to go to the cafe for late afternoon tea with some snacks. Everything is good just that the mattress can improve, the mattress quality abit on the down side.

This is amazing hotel.. Service very good and the location of the hotel is perfect.. We rented motorbike to round kengting and everything is perfect here. The staffs are polite and helpful.. They provide free shuttle to bus stop at heng chun.

The design and layout is fantastic. However, all the furniture is really very old. Big toilet and bathroom without curtains.

Our stay at Amanda Hotel is Awesome! We enjoy swimming in the pool area,our room is comfy,the food is delicious ,they have these moroccan style outfit for rent that gives highlight to the hotel and it was very entertaining though, i think they just need to add some clothes or a bit repair is needed but overall i would say it worth the penny.and thanks to the very accomodating staff! They did great🙌💚

Very special hotel in Taiwan . Very family oriented and they have great theme to take lots of picture with the dress rent by them. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and they did a room tour after check in and explain the facilities to us.

Clean and peaceful environment. Good breakfast.

The hotel has a good location! You can have a bath outside and there is a swimming pool inside.

We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, and they were even so kind as to offer us advice as first timer to the area. Plenty of facilities around the hotel. Room was huge ! Great bathtub. The Aircon positioning was a little awkward as it is placed in the living room, so it takes a long time for the sleeping area to reach a cooling temperature. Location wise it couldn't be better ! Few minutes drive away from the night market and Kenting national park, and just a 5 mins walk away from the beach with many activities ! A great hotel for family and friends to stay at !

We have a free upgrade and the room is very huge. Very romantic for couple to stay together.

The room was clean and the service was good

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the "Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite" which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the "Ancient Jade Villa" with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was "renovated" and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said "Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice" ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

the staff is very accomodating. the food is very good the room was spacious and very clean highly recommended and definetely we stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda Hotel! The service was fantastic and everyone was really friendly and so helpful. The hotel is so beautiful as well and we took lots of pictures. We would recommend to rent a car or bike to better reach the city and beach. The location overall is good for doing trips around the coast. Breakfast was great as well. We hope to come back soon!

Very lovely and kid friendly! Breakfast missed sweets and a little more choice of food!
