These studios are in a lovely peaceful location, with the obligatory cockerel. Yes, it's a 5ish minute walk from the main road with a couple of inclines but nothing too strenuous. I had a standard studio and it was fabulous (the superior must only be for the bathroom or kitchen), comfy mattress, comfy chairs on the spacious private balcony and the final touch is how clean everything is kept. The pool is a beautiful calm oasis and the breakfast at the attached restaurant is first rate. I wouldn't hesitate too stay here again.

We wanted small and friendly accommodation for our first visit to Skiathos and Xanthi was spot on for our requirements. Martina and Bill who are the owners gave us such a warm welcome. Our studio room was exactly as described with plenty of storage room. Very comfy pillows and great lighting over dressing table. Our room was on the upper floor with fantastic views over the green valley and also to the sea. A drying rack was provided also on the balcony. Great pool and bar providing breakfast and bar food throughout the day. Bill makes delicious omelettes. Mythos beer on draft and huge choice of cocktails. The location is up a hill from main road but it’s an easy climb down to Bus Stop 15 which was a great location half way down the island. Bus system is brilliant and only 15 mins to town and loads of beaches and eateries on doorstep. Thank you to Martina and Bill who made our stay a great experience.

I just spent 2 weeks in Skiathos - such a magical place. Storm Daniel came but we all felt so safe in Xanthi Studios. Matina and Bill are the nicest, kindest people. I have already booked for Xanthi for May 2024. Kolios Beach - just across the road from Xanthi - so beautiful. Bill makes amazing pizzas and you must try Matina’s frozen strawberry daiquiris. They have very nice white wine too. Spotlessly clean - all you need. Beautiful pool overlooking pine trees and olive groves.

Martina and Bill are great hosts. The apartments are basic but very clean. We stayed during storm Daniel and we were well looked after, with food and drinks available and the bar area as cosy as it could be whilst the storm was raging. Although we didn’t have chance to explore, we felt lucky to be at the Xanthi studios rather than elsewhere on the island. Hopefully we will return and get to appreciate the island.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Xanthi. It is a lovely place to stay. The owners are very friendly and run an excellent pool bar. There is a happy hour every evening 6.30-8.00 which is a really fun. They also do food and snacks through the day which are good value and tasty. The pool area is lovely and never over crowded. We never had any trouble getting a lounger. There are a number of very nice restaurants within walking distance (Diamond was our favourite - authentic Greek restaurant). There are also some lovely beaches very close. We did the hike (5km) around the peninsula that is really nice and shows you some really nice beaches. The nearest beaches are Kolios and Vromolinos which are within a few minutes walk and very nice. We walked to Diamandi beach (~40mins) which is definitely worth doing early in the morning before anyone else arrives. There is a bus that can take you to Skiathos town or Koukounaries beach (the hike around the lake and pine forest definitely recommended early in the morning).

We did not stay at the Xanthi but would have happily done so! So friendly and welcoming. This was our daily beer stop on the way back to our studios from the beach. They treated us as if we were staying there. Great range of drinks - the white wine in particular was nice. Thank you for letting us use your pool without issue and your showers on our last day. Views from the bar are lovely and it was our favourite place to play a game of cards and unwind from a busy day doing nothing! Our children were also fussed over and they loved the resident cat. If we ever come back to Skiathos this will be our beer stop.

This was our first stay at Xanthi, and I can see why there are so many good reviews and people return. Martina and Bill are so friendly and made us very welcome as soon as we arrived. The Studios are great with lovely views and are kept wonderfully clean. Have to mention the cocktails, great choice and beautifully made, we had at least one every night in happy hour. Breakfast and lunch are great value for money too. Bus stop 15 and Kolios beach are close by, with bus stop 16 and Agia Paraskevi a 10 minute walk away. We had a really enjoyable stay, and I would recommend Xanthi Studios to anyone, we will certainly go back again.

What an amazing place, Xanthi apartments are lovely, so welcoming. Martina and Bill are so nice. The apartments are so clean, pretty, have amazing views, i would definitely recommend them. They are close to all amenities, beach 10 min walk, bus stop 5 min walk.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights and it was the best place I have ever stayed at!The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The rooms were very modern and cleaned daily. I would recommend the cocktails at the bar! Everyone seemed so relaxed and the pool area was so pretty! The location is a 5 min walk to the bus stop (bus stop 15) and then a 20 min bus journey in to skiathos town. The buses do get very busy in peak summer so on occasions we had to wait 45 mins for a bus. I would definitely recommend this place!! Thank you for such a lovely holiday!
