I had been at this hotel earlier in the year & found it to be nice. However, this time round I found d the rooms a little disappointing. There was a mustiness about the place. The bathroom floor was slippery. They kept forgetting to give us our towels. We had to keep asking for them. Breakfast was also not very good this time round, limited choices & service was very slow. However, the front desk staff were good & helpful. Checkin was fast & we got our room fast. Hope they can improve their room cleanliness & housekeeping.

The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the airport but a little far from the city. It's clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was included in my rate and was decent but of course offered a mostly small Indian selection of food.

If pay via credit card, ensure to keep the receipt upon checkout, it sucks... 😞😞😞

I have just spend some time at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Kolkata and what a good surprise. The hotel team is taking a good care of the place and makes you feel very comfortable. The restaurant is something, food is super tasty and I have enjoyed very much all I have ate. I will definitely come back. Big thank to sandip Ghosn that brings me my room service, Nikhil mondal who takes care of my room everyday, Bhabna from the restaurant but as well the people I didn’t name, from the kitchen to restaurant staff and the lobby, that are all part of the great job. Thanks a lot for your attention and your service. 🙏🏻

Close to the airport and good for early morning transit. Room is big and clean. Buffet style breakfast with mostly Indian food and some continental options.

Gentleman at Reception very pleasing attitude. Room was good with fridge nice setup but lighting is not effective. We had views of old buildings. Stairwell had very old smell due to poor ventilation. Breakfast taste was generally poor, omelette had bad smell. Dining section is beautiful and waiters etc.. very helpful. Juice and coffee were quite good.

Not like a four ⭐⭐⭐⭐ standard though they are claiming ⭐⭐⭐⭐..

The hotel staff are kind and helpful. My room was upgraded so I could be on the same floor as my traveling companions. The room was decently clean but the wifi was slow.

ฉันจองห้อง suits แต่ได้นอนห้อง deluxe เนื่องจากปบ่อยมห้ห้องให้คนอื่ยไปแล้ว เพราะเราจอง 21-24 แต่ทาเข้คอิน22 เเตาห้องเต็ม แย่มาก ! ห้องเหมือนอับชื้นไม่มีที่ระบายอากาศ

Reshmi, subhankar ,sujan......had given the service very cordial way and greet the customer by an accent of Indian culture, which makes lot of difference. Also the quality of food in the restaurant has been good.

Wasim Akram,Tabrej Alam, & Babua from House keeping team were really helpful and cooperative. Room was good and spacious enough. I stayed there for few days, and it was amazing. Only one concern I would like to point out, the pricing of food.

Reshmi ,subhankar, basant ,very good service, excellent timing, good food quality also good service and nice arrangement also good behaviour to customer and nice place ,good decoration also excellent service.

Reshmi and subhankar ,subhas, basant the food is excilant , service are excilant, behaviour is good,very polite are decent,food was excilant,i really good enjoy tha varity off breakfast items, i will sercialy recommend your hotel to others.

Excellent service from the host Soumita Bhattacharya with nice breakfast option available with the booking. I am very much satisfied with the hospitality from the staffs too. The hotel is just adjacent to Chinar Park More with lots of other amenities nearby. Spencers retail is beside the hotel.
