The hotel is at a good location, jist near the vfs office. Thats the only good thing about it. The bed sheets were dirty. They charged extra for the water bottles that were supposed to be in the room itself. The complementary breakfast was not truly complementary, we could choose only one item from the menu.

Nice stay. Just one problem, that bed is not so good. Bed's spring is not good. But overall it is very nice and comfortable stay.

There were dirty bedsheets, rooms are not as expected, for the first time i got to know that complimentary breakfast is available with restrictions of quantity of food, we were ready to paid extra money for extra food but still they didn't provide, never seen such service, only thing is that some service boys were good.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September as we had come for visa work to VFS office which is nearby. We very much liked the rooms and food in the restaurant. The staff took good care of our stay. We will stay here again when we come back to Kolkata as it’s very near to perfect hotel.
