Very clean and incredibly nice. When eating breakfast, the staff member named Benetti or benetta is very friendly. It feels good

The hotel check in time was 2pm but check in was not complete until 430pm. The room given was on a high floor with a nice view and otherwise, service was also slow with room service taking a long time to give a menu also.

They are pretty good and modern hotel but they should improve their service and stuff quality as per price also i didn’t like their breakfast menu.

Everything was very well organised. The dinner buffet was elaborate and special mention must be made of the service especially Aman, he was very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

That's a great service from hotel staff especially at the breakfast restaurant staff. They always take care what you want and offer food choices to me and colleague. Surely, the food for breakfast is great, variety of choices. I love coffee and cake so much. When they know that we are the last day at hotel, they prepared simple cake but full of hospitality of restaurant team. Thanks so much and we will come back again.

Good service specially in breakfast area , lots of variety in breakfast. Highly recommend if you have a business trip near airport.

Location is closer to airport. Rooms are good but their commodes have permanent stains which is not at all accepted especially with brands like Westin. Their washing area near to gym which has steam and other locker facilities stinks to the core. Poor and delayed service by front desk. Might not choose to stay at Westin in Kolkata again.
