Happy and satisfied with service, experience with the ird, upper crust, house keeping was all excellent. In Upper crust we met with Bibek and jyoti and they both were only incharge, and also they took care of us with the pretty smile and positive attitude Will visit again Thank you so much Jyoti and Bibek

The hotel is beautifully designed. Rooms are spacious and sound resistant. Interior of the hotel is top notch ***** with the touch of the nature and greenery. I only felt, the hotel can improve their service in F&B section. I faced few challenges in this section where things could be done easily, differently. But other than that every single bit second I spent, was perfect in this hotel. Thank you ITC Sonar for making my stay memorable and comfortable.

It’s always a pleasure coming to ITC Sonar for such a luxurious experience.I would like to give a special mention to chef Ranvijay who I met during the breakfast buffet.He made an effort to come and speak with me and ask me what I liked and offered me an amazing dish which was amazing and light on my stomach.I really appreciated his polite personality and taking care of all the guests.It was indeed a pleasure meeting him.Looking forward to come to ITC Sonar again.

We stayed at the ITC Sonar for 3 days. Property was superb. Rooms and other amenities were good. The buffet served at their in-house restaurant Eden Pavilion was great too. Amidst all the great stuff about this great hotel, what caught our attention was their service to my 8 months old baby. The head chef Mr. Ranvijay served my baby with right kind of food for her. He not only prepared healthy dishes for her but also gave me various recipes for toddlers. It’s the staff like him who adds the personal touch to the stay. He was a real gentleman and was kind enough to understand our needs. I would really like to thank him for his hospitality.

Great hospitality and service. Cosy rooms and upscale amenities. Special credits to RAJ from in-room dining is very courteous and prompt with his service of delivering to the to the room and later coming back to clear the tray as promised which is a first for me. Kudos and many thanks.
