Great location in the heart of city with walking distance market and Eden garden, where we watched IPL. Pool & Gym was awesome. welcoming staffs and front desk. Food was also great but a bit costly compare to other 5 star hotel. Bed and pillow was fluffy,

Very cooperative and interactive staff. Immediately got the booking. The rooms were sufficiently large with large size windows. The beds were comfortable. The washroom had a bathtub and good flow of water. The food was equally tasy especially the snacks. The location is awsome.....its bang on the most happening Street of Kolkata. Yes it has three pubs downstairs which may sometimes disturb you. But I feel that ok. After all it's Kolkata. Thank u Hotel Park

Very bad experience with this hotel, the major drawback for staying this hotel is the whole night and every night very loud sound of dance music coming till 5th floor's room which is not allowing other guest to sleep. Even after complaining to the desk no benefits because they are simply saying this is every night happening.

Prime location,easy access to great eateries,central area of Kolkata. Good hospitality,good food. Rooms were clean,washroom was large enough,clean toiletries. Park Street is a bustling business and social centre for Kolkata,and The Park ensures you have easy access to it,staying comfortable. Gym and Swimming pools were also very nice.

The room is absolutely swanky and comfortable. And comfort level is on a different scale here and the hotel staff is incredibly helpful. The food at the Zen is a must MUST try. there's a swimming pool and the place where it is absolutely is close to ***y places like Victoria memorial and St Paul's. Overall, a 5-star experience that lives up to its name.

Staff are very cooperative. Location is at the center of the city. Room Service is great. Residence Suit is great for family. It is Children friendly. Shutter/Taxi facility is also available to catch the midnight flights. Hassle free check-in and check out.

The hospitality, food and service were excellent. Especially we appreciate the soulful efforts of the staff whose name was Arka Bhattacharjee. We tried there special Hariya Jawa Thali which contains all the lost recipes from Bengal. It was simply fantastic. It had the perfect blend of spices.

We came to experience the lost recipe thali . The food was fantastic. We got to experience the lost recipes it was very nostalgic. Overall experience was very nice . The staffs were also very friendly. Kudos to the great team for bringing this kind of experience for us taking back to the good old times . Keep up the good work .

Had a great lunch. Undoubtedly, the taste and quality was too good. And, Thanks to Moushami for her quick assistance and service. The ambience was great with lovely live music. Overall, service quality is highly appreciated. The area is highly convenient for the visiters to easily arrive at the location

Good hospitality and good location. Very near to all important places. I have spent good time withy family. Iam able to all near by location important places. Food quality is very good. Pool location is good. Gym is also having latest equipment and I really felt happy.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly while check-in and walk around. Room service was good especially early morning food service on time. Overall hotel services are very good, and stay was comfortable. Would like to visit again.

Good could have been better.. The Park as I know is far par excellent than what I experienced during this visit.. You need to do up your rooms in this property pl... Ceiling can't be off coloured and neither can the wall n closet have marks and paint coming off... During check in atleast someone should be there to ask for water leave aside welcome drink.. I thought The Park is a boutique hotel and have experienced much better rooms.. Your staff in general was good and up n about.. the property loc n facilities are great.. just a little bit extra is required in rooms pl.. Best wishes and stay blessed

No one answers call at this place . I hope this hotel doesn't have staff to answer calls . I tried Calling 03322499000 and Pressed 08 but no one answered calls .This clearly shows how courteous staff is towards customer .I will ***age this visit and will not come back
