Very worst hotel please remove this kind of hotel from your list they are very bad person
my brother my uncle aunty are senior citizens they have given very late checkinn waited us 2 hours in reception language is very rude i personally request please remove this kind of hotel

Very bad experience. As room was shown. Nothing was like that. Room and washroom both were small. Nd uncomfortable. Disturbing and noisy.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and they maintain good hygiene. The behaviour of staff was great. We would like to stay there again.

All are ok but this hotel have not lift. Hotel is 2nd floor, i have some problem in leg, so my stay is very painful. When booking the hotel don’t show his hotel is 2nd floor.

I never expect that in my budget i will get in this condition room at kolkata. Thanks to the entire staff of hotel al-sana. Their behaviour is friendly. The location in silence their just slightly sounds. One thing i noticed there is much difference between the outlook and inside of hotel room.
