It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Anda*** Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

A GOOD HOTEL WITH ALL AMENITIES... I WAS THERE WITH MY FAMILY FOR OVERNIGHT. THE RECEPTION PERSON WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COOPERATIVE. THE CHECK -IN WAS DONE SMOOTHLY. ROOM #218 WAS A SPECIOUS AND CLEAN. TAMAR THE SIGNATURE RESTAURANT THE AMBIENCE WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL AS WELL AS FOOD . OVER ALL THE STAY WAS NICE ME AND MOTHER STAYS , AVISHEK THE RECEPTION MANAGER WAS VERY COOPERATIVE HELPFUL. WAS GUIDING US FOR NEARBY VISITING PLACE. I RECOMENDED TO ALL AND SPECIALLY LADY GUEST WHO TRAVEL FREQUENTLY KOLKATA . THANK YOU PIPAL TREE FOR WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY.

It was a business trip ***** with the family . The suit room was very spacious and comfortable. My daughter and wife were very happy with room. Had a great Bengali cuisine experience at Aaheli. Sovik and Maityee were very helpful . They even offered chocolates to my daughter .

This was my second time to stay in Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and I chose to stay here again because of the exceptional service in all fronts. The staff at the restaurant, led by Biswas, have always been amazing and I’d also say having stayed at the other Kolkata hotels that the food options here are much better. The front staff too are friendly and accommodating. I will choose to stay here again next time.

If you want a comfortable stay near the airport for a long layover this place is great. Clean facilities, friendly staff, decent food and drink options and most importantly, 5 mins from airport terminal. Perfect for a layover stay if u have an early morning flight to catch

We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this.
