It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Anda*** Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

The hotel located in prime place, from their all the connectivity is available. Nicely décor and maintained . staffs are very helpful and cooperative. food available through out night which is quite good for late night traveler. Reception person polite and trained. rooms well maintained with all equipment . The breakfast was very good and spread buffet.. Tamara . there is a many hotel near the airport but i found this hotel very good, after seen 3-4 hotel before my visit here. I recommend to all. surely in future all my stay would in Pipal tree , whenever i will visit kolkata...

The check-in was easy and we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was clean and the staff were kind. The breakfast had variety and was delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent. The elevator was being repaired during our visit so that made for some long waits with only a single elevator under operation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

My stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the courteous and attentive staff. Special recognition goes to bellboy Pachu, security guard Mohammed Shamim, and cleaner Ms. Mithu, whose exceptional service made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff also ensured that all our needs were met with care and professionalism. The hotel’s location is ideal—though situated on the main road, the rooms provided a peaceful and quiet retreat. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service, ideal location, and welcoming atmosphere.

This was my second time to stay in Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and I chose to stay here again because of the exceptional service in all fronts. The staff at the restaurant, led by Biswas, have always been amazing and I’d also say having stayed at the other Kolkata hotels that the food options here are much better. The front staff too are friendly and accommodating. I will choose to stay here again next time.

If you want a comfortable stay near the airport for a long layover this place is great. Clean facilities, friendly staff, decent food and drink options and most importantly, 5 mins from airport terminal. Perfect for a layover stay if u have an early morning flight to catch

We booked a night here at the Holiday Inn Kolkata hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inn chennai as well. However, the standards of cleanliness and amenities and the room, the bathroom fittings and floor were low and some areas felt unsanitized as well. The floor in the room also lacked cleanliness. They also had a torn bedsheet on our bed which I asked them to remove and they very quickly and diligently changed it. However, I was disappointed since the finishing checks if the room is in good condition for the next guest needs improvement. The walls lacked lustre. And we paid approximately 62 EUR. Maybe they need to check the standards of other Holiday Inns like in Chennai. Food that we ordered was nice. 10/10 on that. But somehow the brand that Holiday Inn is and that we experienced in Kolkata was a huge mismatch. I hope they look into all this.
