The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel with 300 yers history. Every corner is a masterpiece. The location is very convenient. Very close to the shops and the Main Street. The amenities are little bit tired and the shower is oldest old. The sheets are grey. The breakfast is tasty and enough of variety. The stuff is helpful and friendly. The comfort stay in Kolkata.

Food was average but not good (veg food. It was difficult to find location in night time. They should improve the communication between hotel-guest and him. Once the money is deducted from the hotelguest, it is anyhow sure (most probable) that the hotel-guest will come, therefore hotel manager should take care that the hotel-guest easily find out his location. It can improve by sending a location on map or sending a whatspp number etc.

Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

I stayed there for 3 night. The was very nice and we felt very good experience. The food quality was also very good. Overall it was a nice stay.

The location is just awesome withcafes all around, clear streets and it is close to everywhere. You can just wander the streets in the evening to find a suitable place fir snacks & dinner. The standard room is compact, but the location makes up for everything. Awesome stay.

The stay was good , staff behaviour was also decent , room was clean but food quantity was not apt for the given price and they took too much time to deliver the food after order and one suggestion i would like to give is to provide normal water as not everyone prefer mineral water.
