Hotel Konstanz dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Now positives - great location and bar, superb room overlooking lake but the whole place looks tired and sad - it needs a new paint job especially around the elevator. The latter has controls from ca 1950 - no logic loop at all. Please get new carpets in ground hallways - these look like something from 1960 - perhaps they are. Breakfast is OK but have you never heard of bowls of fresh fruit? Parking fee for guests is a rip off when you are already paying over 450 per night. This is just not what you expect from Seigenberger! Staff are good especially in bar but at breakfast forget them , get it yourself.

We made a mistake in booking the Graf Zeppelin as it is not a hotel. We booked through *********** an ”apartment” for one night to include breakfast for 159.30 euros. On arrival we were told it was on the fifth floor, but the lift only went to the fourth floor. We were not offered any help with our suitcases. We took the lift to the fourth floor and walked up to the fifth with our cases, to discover that the apartment is one floor higher....in other words 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. (Is this a hotel?) On climbing up to the apartment, there were many noticeable issues: the bedroom does not have a window!! It has a high up porthole with no curtain or way of blocking the light, but no window! The bed was almost on the floor. The room was not clean There was no aircon, and at the top of the building on a day when it was 33c this was no place to stay. We booked elsewhere, accepting that we would lose our money and the hotel tried to charge us in full for the booking. I pointed out that we would not be having breakfast and that should be deducted from the total and the receptionist reduced this by 12 euros to 147.30. Assuming the breakfast was going to be like everything else in this dump it was hardly a surprise. So our strong advice if staying in Konstanz is to give this hostel a wide berth......readers of our reviews will see that we have stayed at hotels across Europe and nowhere comes anywhere close to this place for awfulness.

Hôtel moderne, bien situé. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. Parking attenant à l hôtel (payant). Personnel polyglotte. Chambre moderne et salle à manger moderne. Notre chambre était située au rdch avec grande baie vitrée donnant sur la rue, donc impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre ! Peut être avons nous été sous classé, car réservation par booking et non en direct. Pourtant le tarif été conséquent pour une nuit (200 euros avec ptdj sans parking) À ce tarif là nous nous attendions au moins à quelques produits de toulette(bonnet de douche, coton tiges, shampooing et conditioner). Là juste un flacon de savon fixé dans la douche et deux savonnettes. Bac à douche extrêmement glissant (avons posé un drap de bain au fond, car très dangereux). Pas de plateau de courtoisie pour faire un café ou un thé. Pas de prise électrique près du lit pour charger le portable. Le petit déjeuner était correct et complet. Nous revenons tout juste d Andalousie et pour le même tarif, nous avons bénéficié de prestations et de services bien plus généreux.Peut-être ne devrions nous pas comparer. Mais on ne peut s en empêcher.

We stayed for four nights in this Ibis hotel. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. Underground parking available. The room was small but functional, had good storage space, comfy bed, air con and a view of the lake. The TV was old tech and needed updating. We didn’t have breakfast here. The hotel is in a good location close to the lake, easy walk to the town and ferry port to various places on the lake. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.

The two of us had a family room on the 5th floor, and the room was fine; the only unusual thing to us was that there were no kettle or cups in the room. However, there was unlimited hot water available from the lobby. Although our room overlooked a highway, there was no traffic noise to be heard (with the windows closed) The stay included a Bodenseecard West for the two of us which gave free access to local transport, and there is a handy bus (number 6 - four buses an hour during work time on weekdays; fewer in the evenings / weekends - schedule posted in the lobby) which runs from two bus stops near the hotel to the centre of Konstanz (including the main train station). Copious breakfast available.

Dieses Hotel ist der Hammer und ich bin sehr froh, bei der Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Hotels in Konstanz, die zu Weihnachten ähnliche Preise angeboten haben, bewusst dieses Hotel genommen zu haben. Keine Kette, keine standardisierten Räume, hier ist alles total individuell und liebevoll gestaltet. Spätanreise kein Problem, Schlüssel war hinterlegt, die Lobby duftet gut und es war schöne Musik. Dazu direkt ein Getränk zur Selbstbedienung, um die Eindrücke auf sich wirken zu lassen. Die Junior-Suite war der Hammer, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Weihnachtspräsent auf dem Tisch, tollen Rituals Produkten im Bad, separate Toilette, was immer gut ist für 2 Personen. Das Runtergehen zum Frühstück am ersten Morgen war das nächste schöne Erlebnis. Treppenhaus-Tür geöffnet und ein toller Duft. Das Personal, in diesem Fall jeder der Familie, ist total freundlich und offen und fragt immer, ob alles passt. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit soviel Auswahl und mit Liebe gemacht und angerichtet! Da kann kein Ibis- oder sonstiges Hotel mithalten, das ist alles individuell. Frischer Obstsalat mit sehr hochwertigem Obst. Pancakes, Eierspezialitäten, Dips, viele Brot- und Brötchensorten, Müsli, Avocados, Prosecco, frischem Orangensaft, tolle Kaffee-Automaten, ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in einem Gewerbe-Gebiet, aber mit Auto oder Bus (Haltestelle fast vor der Tür) ist alles in Konstanz in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar. Genügend Parkplätze auf dem Hotelparkplatz gibt es auch (gegen Gebühr), man kann aber auch an der Straße einen Parkplatz finden. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und ich wünsche Fam. Schulz weiterhin viel Erfolg mit diesem außergewöhnlich schönen Hotel!

Our first stop on a 6 night road trip through this part of Europe. We were met with a warm welcome from friendly staff, in this modern and stylish hotel. Similarly check out was friendly and chatty. The staff were great throughout our (albeit only one night) stay. We’d booked our ‘Comfort’ room well in advance directly with the hotel, which made the rate very reasonable for the area and the quality of the hotel. Parking along the front and underground the building is available for €15 a night, which was convenient and saved risking not being able to find a space on the road in the general area. The room itself was equipped with plenty of power sockets (an essential for all the tech we all travel with these days), was clean and bright, had quality linen and toiletries, and the bed was comfortable, although we did need to ask for additional pillows (as we did pretty much everywhere we stayed) - perhaps one pillow is the norm in mainland Europe. It was no trouble though and pillows arrived within a few minutes. The beer on tap at the bar was excellent, and reasonable value, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from Old Town which was perfect location wise. We were a little unlucky with the rain, but that’s not something the hotel can do anything about and simply just European Summers! Will happily stay again should we head back to this part of the world in the future. Highly recommended.
