This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and one of the best hotels of the Bodensee. Historical grandeur, a huge park bordering the lake and modern comfort. Now you have decided to spend some money: go for a room with on the lake side - the street side is quite noisy. Two years ago we had booked a cheaper room and two very kind ladies at the reception - Khdija and Diana - gave us a better room. We will be back soon and have now booked a room with park and lake view. Breakfast is fabulous and memorable.

My wife and I are from the US and stayed at Lilienberg for three nights in mid-September. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend a stay here. We had a bright room looking out over the lake. The room was extremely clean (as was everything at Lilienberg) and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! We ate breakfast at the hotel each morning. The buffet had many high-quality options — eggs, fruit, meat and cheeses — as well as an excellent coffee machine. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and had an excellent meal —- fresh local fish and vegetables and Swiss wine. Highly recommend eating on the outdoor patio. We ate at local restaurants the other two nights (walking distance) and enjoyed those as well. The grounds of the hotel were magnificent — well-manicured and extremely clean. Although we did not use the indoor pool, it looked beautiful. The hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. While we were at the hotel on a personal trip, we saw some of the conference facilities — all looked state-of-the-art and well-maintained. Lilienberg also offered a good jumping-off point to view the area — we went to Stein am Rhein and Säntis by car. We look forward to coming back to the area and staying at Lilienberg.

We stayed for four nights in this Ibis hotel. The reception staff were courteous and efficient. Underground parking available. The room was small but functional, had good storage space, comfy bed, air con and a view of the lake. The TV was old tech and needed updating. We didn’t have breakfast here. The hotel is in a good location close to the lake, easy walk to the town and ferry port to various places on the lake. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Now positives - great location and bar, superb room overlooking lake but the whole place looks tired and sad - it needs a new paint job especially around the elevator. The latter has controls from ca 1950 - no logic loop at all. Please get new carpets in ground hallways - these look like something from 1960 - perhaps they are. Breakfast is OK but have you never heard of bowls of fresh fruit? Parking fee for guests is a rip off when you are already paying over 450 per night. This is just not what you expect from Seigenberger! Staff are good especially in bar but at breakfast forget them , get it yourself.

We made a mistake in booking the Graf Zeppelin as it is not a hotel. We booked through *********** an ”apartment” for one night to include breakfast for 159.30 euros. On arrival we were told it was on the fifth floor, but the lift only went to the fourth floor. We were not offered any help with our suitcases. We took the lift to the fourth floor and walked up to the fifth with our cases, to discover that the apartment is one floor higher....in other words 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. (Is this a hotel?) On climbing up to the apartment, there were many noticeable issues: the bedroom does not have a window!! It has a high up porthole with no curtain or way of blocking the light, but no window! The bed was almost on the floor. The room was not clean There was no aircon, and at the top of the building on a day when it was 33c this was no place to stay. We booked elsewhere, accepting that we would lose our money and the hotel tried to charge us in full for the booking. I pointed out that we would not be having breakfast and that should be deducted from the total and the receptionist reduced this by 12 euros to 147.30. Assuming the breakfast was going to be like everything else in this dump it was hardly a surprise. So our strong advice if staying in Konstanz is to give this hostel a wide berth......readers of our reviews will see that we have stayed at hotels across Europe and nowhere comes anywhere close to this place for awfulness.

LLizG2002My goodness - I literally cannot praise this hotel enough. From our arrival we felt so welcome and at home. All of the staff were amazing, so friendly and let me try out my rusty German on them, helping me along the way. All had smiles and greetings whenever we saw them, like old friends! The hotel receptand breakfast room is located on floor 8 (the top floor) and wow the views up there and on the roof terrace were incredible! You can also use the breakfast room to sit in in the evening, so on a sunny evening it's well worth it. Views are over the south of Konstanz, over the lake and overlooking Switzerland. We stayed in one of the family rooms on our 7. The room had bunkbeds, a little tank and chairs for younger kids, a sofa bed and double bed in the adjoining room with a spacious bathroom and a balcony with views over the gorgeous houses and the lake. We only had one chair on the balcony it I'm sure of we had asked Wes have been given another one. The room was light, clean and also had a minibar where we kept our Swiss chocolates! The breakfast was wonderful, typical continental breakfast with tea and coffee or hot chocolate. Lots of variety, organic produce and no limit to how much to enjoy. The hotel is located a stones throw from the Lago shopping complex, the train station, a children's funfair and the Sealife centre. Also a short walk to the boats, the Munster and Rosgarten Museum as well as a wealth of amazing cafes and restaurants. When annkng another short break to Konstanz I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

PPengguna TetamuIch war in Konstanz wegen mehrere medizinische Untersuchungen. Ich blieb eine Nacht. Preisleistung - Top! Schones, gemütliches Zimmer. Großes und bequemes Bett mit tolle Aussicht zum See. Das Zimmer und das Bad scheint vor kurzem renoviert zu sein - richtig schön. Frühstück war lecker, sehr viel Auswahl und frisch.

Large room with a porch. The bathroom was cleverly designed into 3 sections, sink, toilet, shower. Breakfast was wonderful. In the old section of the hotel which is charming. The hotel is in the middle of a forest area on the lake. It was a 30 minute walk to the ferry to Meersburg. There is free parking at the hotel and a bus stop across the street if you want to go into town

Hôtel moderne, bien situé. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied. Parking attenant à l hôtel (payant). Personnel polyglotte. Chambre moderne et salle à manger moderne. Notre chambre était située au rdch avec grande baie vitrée donnant sur la rue, donc impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre ! Peut être avons nous été sous classé, car réservation par booking et non en direct. Pourtant le tarif été conséquent pour une nuit (200 euros avec ptdj sans parking) À ce tarif là nous nous attendions au moins à quelques produits de toulette(bonnet de douche, coton tiges, shampooing et conditioner). Là juste un flacon de savon fixé dans la douche et deux savonnettes. Bac à douche extrêmement glissant (avons posé un drap de bain au fond, car très dangereux). Pas de plateau de courtoisie pour faire un café ou un thé. Pas de prise électrique près du lit pour charger le portable. Le petit déjeuner était correct et complet. Nous revenons tout juste d Andalousie et pour le même tarif, nous avons bénéficié de prestations et de services bien plus généreux.Peut-être ne devrions nous pas comparer. Mais on ne peut s en empêcher.

PPengguna TetamuPer tutta una serie di complicazioni familiari ho dovuto prenotare all'ultimo momento una stanza singola e mi è tornato in mente questo hotel dove avevo già soggiornato nel Novembre 2021. Già in quel caso il giudizio era stato buono, anche se il sonno era stato disturbato da alcuni ”scalmanati” che fecero baccano fino a tarda notte nella strada sottostante, ovviamente senza colpa alcuna della gestione dell'hotel Questa volta invece tutto è andato per il meglio. Mi è stata innanzitutto assegnata una camera sul retro, con affaccio su una strada secondaria, molto spaziosa, con letto grande e ben organizzata. Molto buona la pulizia, bagno ben attrezzato. La colazione vien servita la primo piano, in una ambiente adeguato, con continuo rifornimento dei tavoli del buffet. Come credo di aver già sottolineato in precedenza, forse la mancanza di piatti caldi (uova strapazzate, bacon o würstel) è un piccolo difetto, ma quanto servito è senz'altro di qualità, con attenzione anche ai prodotti senza glutine. Caffè self service alla macchinetta, con ampia gamma di prodotti, per me di buona qualità. Location ottimale per chi arriva in treno, a due passi dalla stazione, ma non si sente assolutamente il rumore dei treni. Rapporto prezzo qualità molto buono.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is ideally located near old town and the harbor. Bus for our group could park briefly outside to unload, and then go off to the larger parking area west, ca. 600 yards. The lobby is very narrow, and there are no ramps outside and inside. Elevator works well. We had the advantage of staying in the attic, 4th floor, and the room was really nice, large, with AC working well.There was a small fridge, and a flat tv. Nice bathroom (no tub), with a skylight. Celing sloping, with exposed wooden beams, but one of us hit the head, so be careful. Floor was a bit sloping. The other rooms had no AC, only fans. Poor. Breakfast room is superb, with a great terrace. Nice range of foods, warm and cold, juices, coffee, etc. We needed a room for meetings and could use it in the afternoon.
