Today in the dinning hall I wanted some bread but I needed gluten free. I asked a member of staff and they immediately went to the manager on duty Micnalis and he returned with some bread. He said anything else I needed dietary wise just to ask. Thank you 😊 very professional and friendly service.

We where super happy fir our holidays, we new that the hotel needed some work done. Let's start with saying that we do not wright comments to be mean but to help the traveler and hotel to make some changes. The staff is so so kind, they clean every day, the dining terrace is also very clean and the food is good considering that it's a big hotel and so many people are here. They have a lot of selection on food and it's fun to try something new every day. Jannis the bus driver is so so kind and just awesome, he drives non stop up and down to bring guest to their rooms, to the beach and from the beach back to the hotel . Here the first minus point. The bus is sooooo old, and literally still going by miracle... the door doesn't close properly anymore. My husband is a mechanic and was concerned, meaning, how long till something stops working eventually leading to an accident with guests on it... and Jannis of course. So that is an inves**ent the hotel could do. A new bus! The rooms are so big! This is a plus, the bathroom is smal and not the newest... so here is inves**ent nr 2. The animation team... they give their best and are very kind but still young and you could see at times shy. The mini club is cute again they were kind but not really trying to bring all kids together, one was screaming his mom couldn't calm him, my son was playing with me and the animator was buisy with another child face makeup. The "boss" of the animation was not very friendly, she gave a lot of guest the impression to be "fake"... all smiles and cheer when on stage or in the spot light but outside she barely greated us. Maby she was stressed or other... but we are used to animators from Italy and Spain and they just have another vibe. I also understand it must be exhausting when you constantly have t9 be the positive energy that pulls every one. Again no bad feelings just what we experienced and heard from people around us. The mini disco was so fun for the kids. All around if you are not so picky and cam adjust and make the best of where you are it's a nice place for the family. The location is pretty far away from Kos so if you want to get there you can rent a car, use a bus ( whatch out fot the timetable!) Or like we did rent bicycles. Its fun, healthy and give you freedom allaround

Staff were very friendly, especially the animation team. Came with 5 20 year old lads and family mixed in and had a great time. Mini disco was top tier and our 1 year old neice loved every second of it. Would recommended for the entertainment and how nice Kos is as a place.

Family of 5, 2 adults 3 children age 6,4 and 7 months! We've just returned from 10 days all inclusive at kipriotis aqualand so here is my detailed honest review! Firstly we had an amazing time over all. The hotel was nice and quiet which was lovely and relaxing! Everywhere was clean and well maintained. The manager is very helpful and approachable if any issues! The hotel had absolutely stunning views! We never had to rush for sunbeds there was always plenty available and loads out. We went in May which was out of season, no aircon so the room was uncomfortable, a la carte was shut, indoor play was shut! Entertainment- honest review is, the team are fab, it was kat, Victor Victoria and gabby when we went. All were friendly, cheerful and made lots of effort. Vicy especially made my daughters feel welcomed and they loved her, my girls LOVED kids club and asked to go every day! Me and my partner felt that everything was very scheduled and rushed, very repetitive too! They did seem to clock watch on every activity which we didn't like. Evening shows were really good though!! Food - it's typical all inclusive food. we all found something to eat each sitting. My fussy daughter tried a lot of things and she always had a plate full, Hotel states children's own food section all this is is 3 hot plates so not much childrens "own" option but my daughters loved their benches. Beach- We were gutted to go to the beach and not even be able to get in the water as it was just rocks/pebbles stones! The water was gorgeous and clear but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it because of the stones, no sand! Closest sand beach was about 40 mins from the hotel we got told. Pools - can't fault the pool areas. Lifeguards are on top of keeping the pools clean, they go round fishing out any debris, they clean around the pools. We loved the pools and they weren't too cold either, nice and refreshing! The slides were enjoyed by adults as well as the children. Most families we spoke to absolutely loved their holiday here. We had a family room with sea view. It was massive and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The room was very clean and beds were quite comfy! Snack bar.. choice of baguettes and salad pots. I personally enjoyed the baguettes and so did my daughter but every baguette had cucumber and lettuce on which some people wouldn't eat. Most hotels offer a range of "snacks" so was disappointed not much more option like hot food. WATER, you have to pay for bottled water. It is the first all inclusive we've ever been where bottled water hasn't been included especially for a "4 star hotel" we was quite shocked at this. Area- it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. It's 10 min drive into kos town, about 15 /20 mins walk to the left of the hotel there is a couple of restaurants and supermarkets/shops. But not much else in the area. We didn't mind this though as our plan was to stay on the complex and have a chilled, cheap last minute get away! The hotel was overall

We stayed for 8 nights we have had a lovely time. Few downsides.. not alot of food choice for toddlers/kids. The snacks are were extremely poor. All there was to offer were baguettes and my toddler couldn’t eat them they were so hard. The cleaners don’t know in the door any they walked in on me on the toliet. We had to ***** our beds ourselves for them to put clean bedding on. The noise from our room was so bad. I didn’t sleep till 3am because of the noise. Gap under front door and we had all the bugs and insects you could think of and we had to put a towel down every night. Would come back to Kos but not this hotel

We really liked the service. The administrator Betty was very careful and attentive to us. Thank you for the best vacation. Cocktails are very tasty. The rooms are cleaned every day. Always clean towels. The service staff is very friendly. I especially liked that they even understand Ukrainian.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Unhelpful staff, the dirtiest room I'm covered in spider bites, animation is absolutely awful they do a mini disco of the same 5 songs every night which is OK for toddlers but my 8 year old hasn't even been spoken to once ! Food has made us ill for 3 days, we've had to go and eat elsewhere now we are getting abit better however was so poorly for 2 days. Pool is dirty. Staff are miserable and if you go to the panorama for your one free meal that's just as rubbish. No a**osphere and the animation manager does nothing but speak. No interaction. They have karaoke and bingo which you pay £5 for. Do not take your kids here there's so much better places and we are normally easily pleased go on at least 7 holidays a year

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful sea views and the choice of food is great, there is truly something for everyone. The reception area is very large and spacious. The pools are very well maintained. All of the staff are very friendly especially Betty who has gone out of her way to make my family and I enjoy our time here. Betty is a true credit to the hotel ♥️ yannis is also a very friendly and knowledgeable person who is very happy to taxi us up and down to the hotels private beach, unfortunately there’s lots of pebbles and not the best to walk on but very pleasant and there’s also a small drinks hut. The hotel grounds are managed very well and the domestic staff are truly amazing with the beds made and general cleaning of the rooms. The views from my balcony are great. A perfect place for family’s. I would be very happy to return again. Special thanks to Betty & Yannis for making our family holiday special.
