We’ve just come home after a two week stay and we can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed ! I could rack my brains all day but cannot find a single fault. From the moment you get there met by Paris and Kostas you know it’s going to be special. Our room 403 was gorgeous so I want that saved for next year !! I wanted to bring every member of staff home in my suitcase they are all so friendly and attentive. The food in the hotel was gorgeous especially BBQ night which was to die for. Kos town is lovely we opted for taxis didn’t think they were pricey and reception always sorted for us. No hassle with sun beds which is always a bonus we just went backwards and forwards from beach to pool and never had any problems. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just returned from a week stay. Room 304 was superb and kept spotless by the staff with nice touches of turndown service at night, often with hand written note. Very high standards met by all the staff who were very attentive with lovely smiles all round, the staff really are a credit to the hotel management. Breakfast was excellent and high quality. Pool is spotless and lovely temp, sun beds are comfy and always available. Hotel location is always going to be difficult to please everyone, yes there’s disused plot of land with goats in it and there’s a disused building opposite on a bend and narrow road you have to cross to get to the beach, but come on these are small details. You can walk to Kos town and old town, about 30-40 mins walk but bus stop about 5 mins from hotel which is 1.2 euro pp each way. Kos old town is a must visit. Overall loved it and would recommend

Apart from the very clean, spacious and modern rooms and excellent food and drinks one would expect from a hotel of this type what really made the difference was the highly relaxing atmosphere perfect for a couple retreat and that the staff was really genuinely friendly. Also loved the location with the proximity to fairly secluded beach while at the same time being close enough to take a walk into Kos town.

We recently stayed at the Aqua Blu and it was first class from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean and modern with a fantastic pool area which is really quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is fabulous and the beach only a 30s walk away. The best part of the hotel is the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff. From the reception team to the managers and the bar staff, every member is welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They added a personal touch to our stay and left us with a parting gift. All the attention to detail has been paid and it makes a huge difference. Thank you and we hope to be back!

Whilst our first impression was good: attractive reception, lovely pool area we soon realised this hotel sits in a very scruffy area with derelict buildings and a field of goats next to it. Getting into Kos town required a taxi every evening as there’s no way you can walk particularly if it’s hot. The beach was grubby and nothing like the photos on the website. The “sumptuous” breakfast was not what I’d expect on a 5 star hotel. All in all a very disappointing stay.

We booked Aqua Blu for the start of my "80"th year celebrations, based on the previous reviews, and the profile of the hotel fitting our needs, small hotel, adults only etc. From the moment we arrived to checking out at the end of our holiday it was superb. Good well appointed clean rooms, very good food and excellent standards from a outstanding team well managed by the general manager. I wont mention individuals, it really was a team effort. The theme nights were realty lovely, particularly the BBQ and Italian evenings, and the experience in the main restaurant was a real treat. we also tried their sister hotel in Kos for an evening meal, again excellent and very romantic directly on the sea front. The hotel is just out of Kos, but a 30 minute walk away, and a local bus service is available and also you can book a taxi with the hotel reception. Kos itself is a lovely town , and well worth exploring. We were asked at the end of our stay if we would return, and we can definitely say yes, we would return to this lovely island and hotel Thank you

From the moment you arrive nothing is too much trouble in ensuring your experience at the hotel matches the rating. The staff were absolutely lovely with the perfect balance of attentiveness. The pool area and beach area are scrupulously clean and the service at both is excellent. The hotel was full but in no way did it ever feel crowded or busy and there were plenty of lovely spots to enjoy the views of the Aegean Sea. Food was great both snacks and the 2 themed nights we attended when there was also some tasteful entertainment. We were very sad to leave this morning but we will look forward to returning.

A wonderful hotel made even more special by the staff that work there. Everyone of them professional, friendly and would do anything to assist you. Alvin and Elias at breakfast were the best start to the day, always cheerful. Georgia and Antonio in the evening were so thoughtful, and always had time to chat about our day. The front desk staff suggested and booked restaurants for us (all excellent), and even mended my husband’s watch which had got broken on our journey out to Kos. The manager Kostas was often mixing in with the staff and clients and that was lovely to see. The distance to walk into Kos town is about 30 minutes down a straight road, so most evenings we got a taxi one way or the other which was 8€. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop in the town. The beach across the road was lovely and it had a welcome sea breeze. Towels were provided, and we were regularly asked by Thomas if we needed refreshments. All in all a very relaxing week and we will come back.

Myself and my wife have just returned from another wonderful week at this stunning hotel. We returned again this year after experiencing the wonderful Island of Kos and this outstanding hotel last year. The hotel is super clean,very chic and the service is impeccable. Food,ambience,setting,service is first class. The Manager and senior team of readily available and very hands on and all staff are super proficent,polite and courteous. The food is also outstanding. The only issue is that you won't want to leave. Just fabulous throughout! Booking again already!
