Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good location. Air con is not very good. Breakfast is not the best.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. Everything was very clean and breakfast was great too. All the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Otel yeni ve konumu merkeze çok yakın, odaları temiz ve konforlu, sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli, biz çok memnun kaldık, bu oteli seçtiğimiz için, bir daha gitsek yine aynı oteli seçeriz 👍

Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Il est très bien placé, le personnel est compétent et très à l'écoute. C'est un hôtel que je recommande vivement.

We recently stayed here as part of our daughter’s wedding party (36 of us!) and it was absolutely superb. The main harbour and old town are all within a five minute walk, but watch out for the uneven paving flags, especially at night. The hotel is to a very high standard with very clean and spacious rooms. So many different food types to choose from at breakfast, and the poolside bar meals were delicious, with good size portions. Massive thanks to Margarita, Michael, Georgia, Anees, Anna and all the other staff for making it a very special visit. One small improvement suggestion would be to get some plastic pint glasses for around the pool as glass is not allowed, and the current plastic glasses are only a half pint, but you still pay the same price

Everything in this hotel, is the way a hotel should be. Clean, prompt and well maintained. Value for money. Great amenities!! Staff are great and suggest realy great places to dine! We have stayed here on several occasions and the hotel, team and operations are great.

Sent for a night to Blue Lagoon by Jet 2 after an over night delayed flight. Welcome at reception very friendly and organised, despite being 4am and organised at no notice. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Much more so than the bed in the previous 5 * luxury hotel! Staff excellent, again more friendly and professional than the staff in the previous hotel by a mile. Pool nice and warm. Breakfast and lunch at the snack bar were great. Exactly what we needed and made a really stressful and inconvenient time much more pleasant. Particular shout out to the pool snack bar staff on duty on Monday. They were so helpful and friendly.

We have been to this hotel on several occasions and cannot stop returning as it is so brilliant. Possibly the best run hotel we have ever been to and we have both travelled a great deal across multiple continents. The location, in the town of Kos, is just perfect for exploring or if you want to spend some time on the nearby beach. The outdoor pool is large, heated and spotless. The spa and massages are truly professional and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The highest praise has to be for the staff. Anna, Kristi, Margarita, Georgia, Michael and everyone across the catering, cleaning and support staff. But above all the manager Dimitra, who is the perfect host and runs this hotel is as perfect way as possible. The company who own the hotel must be very proud to have such a manager.

We visited this hotel in October 2024. Great hotel. We had room 121 and it was spacious and modern. Staff, cleanliness and location brilliant. You are close to the old town and also the harbour area. Kos Town is great and this hotel just made our holiday

This hotel is really well situated for both the old town and harbour, both only a few minutes walk away. Our room was spacious, comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom, room was cleaned everyday. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe with this hotel was the breakfast, although they had a good range everything was processed, even the juices tasted awful. Cereals didn’t taste of anything and a lot of tinned fruit on offer. However, we enjoyed our stay and loved Kos Town.

In a word, perfect. A lot of hotels use the word suite, but we booked a suite in the hotel at a very reasonable rate and it was amazing. I love a hotel that nails every detail of the perfect experience. Nothing over the top, just executed perfectly. Everyone is pleased to be helpful, and down to little things like the woman at the restaurant remembered exactly the coffee I ordered the day before and was delighted to bring up to us the next day. The hotel is quiet yet perfectly situated blocks from the water and old town. The pool and pool bar was a great touch. Loved the stay in every possible way.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with top class service. Modern, clean, spacious, comfortable. Location perfect to walk to all parts of Kos Town. Staff genuinely friendly and courteous. Sheets and towels changed daily. Air con and safety deposit in room free of charge. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding and has everything you could ever want for 3.5 hours each morning. Pool bar food lovely too, well priced and portions enough for two. Spa facilities (payable) I sampled were massage, steam room and sauna. Tea and coffee in room, also power shower with toiletries. Really enjoyed my time here, thank you Blue Lagoon.

Great stay. Lovely room -204 overlooking pool in a great spot for both sets of stairs. Great shower and comfortable room. Lovely buffet breakfast- would love them to offer earl grey tea but not onerous to bring my own bags. Pool area great. You can get towels for a 10 euro deposit at the spa - they open at 10.00am so worth getting them on arrival if they are open to save waiting on the morning. Staff are very friendly and accommodating Check out is at 11 but we had an hour extension as our pick up was 12. Air con lovely. One night we got back and it wouldn’t work but the guy on reception got it working in just a few minutes for us . Rooms and whole hotel kept immaculately clean. Hotel is in a great position for the old town and the harbour - approx 5 minutes walk This our second stay and won’t be our last
