The hotel is close to Sabah University, and our room offered direct views of the pink mosque. Check-in at the front desk required a 100 MYR deposit, and the service was in English. Right next door to the hotel is an older shopping center. The room itself was spacious; aside from the slightly outdated decor, everything else was perfectly fine. It offered pretty good value for money.

Stayed for 1 night for a meeting, Check in staff are superb and friendly and also attenttiv, not to mention helpful Wifi, breakfast are all at its best Being next to a almost rundown mall (1Borneo) atleast it has bowling alley and cinema to kill some times. Recommended, looking forward to another stay

I made this booking for my parents’ wedding anniversary. My mum sent me a photo of the towel swan decorations, and I was genuinely surprised that the hotel managed to fulfil my request at such short notice. My parents also said the breakfast was good and that they really enjoyed their stay. Thank you!

Great location. Amenities kind of old for a 4 ⭐ hotel, small gym with few equipments but acceptable for its price. Breakfast buffet was nice 🫰

The hotel offers good value for money, and the room is comfortable. Its location is very convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and plenty of food options and daily necessities within walking distance. The cleanliness is acceptable, although I'm not always sure whether the room is thoroughly cleaned every time housekeeping comes in. However, overall, my stay has always been satisfactory. I stay here quite often because it suits my needs, and the service is generally good as well. Overall, a decent and satisfying hotel for the price.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and you could see the Pink Mosque. Breakfast was plentiful and served for a long time, so much so that it often doubled as lunch.

The most interesting part when staying here is the breakfast time. Delicious and very satisfying because they serve varieties to eat. My children really love the foods.

If you are in the area to visit the KKIP industrial zone, the Klagen Regency is perfectly positioned. It is located quite a distance from the main town center, which may seem remote at first, but it is a strategic advantage if you want to avoid a long daily commute to your work sites. The hotel itself is impressively well-kept. It’s clear that management prioritizes maintenance, as the rooms and common areas feel fresh and clean. The service is equally commendable; the staff are helpful and ensure a smooth, professional experience from check-in to check-out. Sorry I does not have the photo of the room because I am there for a business meeting but the room is okay to stay. Buffet Breakfast is good, also you can find very nice local food with walking distance .

Great location if attending UMS event. It is right beside the entrance of the university. We took grab to town area for food, the traffic was terrible around 5pm, took us atleast half an hour for maybe 8-9km distance. My room facing east, enjoy the superb sunrise every morning at about 5.45am.
