Ulasan Orange Fruit Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley, Tonghuimen Metro Station)

It's a more traditional, older hotel, so the rooms and facilities are a bit dated. However, it's very clean, quiet, and perfect for those of us who don't like 'fully automated smart' hotels. The hotel is quiet with great water pressure in the shower, giving us the best night's sleep of our trip. The breakfast buffet was varied, delicious, of great quality, and completely exceeded our expectations.

Great location, right across from Kuanzhai Alley. It's also very close to Chunxi Road—just two metro stops away—and only one stop from People's Park. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the floor felt sticky.

🇲🇾 from Malaysia here. Satisfied with everything include staffs that very helpfull. They even help us to order food delivery (halal) for our first day because we forgot to take away white rice 😅 (we direct pay to staff). Really appreciate it! 👍 We just request anything needed by wechat and they will help super fast. Requested for simple anniversary deco and they did it. Many thanks to all of you.

The location is extremely convenient, right across the street from the entrance to Kuanzhai Alley, which was great for my parents and child as they didn't have to walk far to explore the old street. It's also close to People's Park, and a short taxi ride to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and Wenshu Monastery. There are plenty of snack stalls and restaurants nearby too. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents, they assisted with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. On the day we left, we were waiting for a taxi by the roadside for a bit, and to my surprise, when the car arrived, a tall staff member quickly came out from the hotel, walked to the curb, and helped me load my luggage into the car. I was truly touched. Furthermore, the breakfast area was wonderfully decorated with a great ambiance, surrounded by greenery, and adorned with panda plushies and balloons. The variety of food was excellent, and the freshly made rice noodles were delicious – a bowl warmed me right up. If I ever travel with my family again, I will definitely choose this place. My sincere thanks to all the staff for their care and service towards my elderly mother.

The hotel's location was perfect right next to the park and a walking distance to taikoo lee which was perfect. The hotel decorations are beautiful and so is the room which was big and had everything! Thanks for the staff for the perfect care and the best laundry

Overall is a good stay, room is clean and service is good, they allow us to check in early. Breakfast can be improved, but generally still acceptable. The only thing less satisfy is the bed a bit old and loose, as it is a bit shaky with sound. Location is the best, surrounded with many shops and nice cafes.

The cleaning staff was incredibly thoughtful; every day, they'd neatly fold my comforter and even my clothes. The hotel also offered laundry service, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, its location very close to the subway station makes it excellent value for money.

While not a brand-new hotel, and the facilities aren't new, it's very clean and in a great location, very close to the subway station. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast was good, they even gave me an extra one for free. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

I stayed at the Tonghuimen Orange Hotel for five days, and its location is excellent, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. There are many great restaurants nearby, transportation is convenient, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The hotel service was very attentive, and communication was seamless. The transportation is convenient, and it was a comfortable stay. If I have the chance to visit Chengdu again, I will definitely choose Chengguo Hotel! Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

Nice hotel with an excellent location close to the metro. Staff are friendly too.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kuanzhai Alley and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast was a bit simple and could be improved. The hotel has its own parking, which is very convenient for getting around. It's also very close to the subway station.

Traveling with friends, we booked the same hotel. I was very satisfied with my stay, and my friends also gave great feedback. The location is convenient, the surrounding area is lively, and the service is excellent.

The air conditioning in the room had a slight noise, but the service was excellent, and they even gave a panda toy for the child.
