Pemandangan matahari terbenam dan pemandangan malam restoran landskap sangat cantik Bahagian dalam bilik mungkin tidak begitu bersih dan baru kerana bertahun-tahun beroperasi, tetapi balkoni masih dapat melihat pemandangan gunung yang indah. Walaupun terdapat jakuzi di dalam bilik air, ia tidak boleh digunakan lagi Kepala pancuran mandian juga sukar digunakan kerana tombol paip air panas rosak. Ekologi di sekitar resort ini sangat kaya Jika anda mempunyai peluang, anda boleh berjalan di sekitar resort dan memerhatikan flora dan fauna. Tetapi jangan berjalan sendirian di jalan raya di luar resort pada waktu malam, kerana terdapat banyak anjing liar berdekatan, jadi berhati-hati dengan serangan anjing liar. 

Book on behalf of friends. They love the environment. But it so far from City. Inconvenience look for food

Chill and quiet. The phone signal was bad but they provided wifi (poor internet connection). They forgot to clean the table at the balcony. I still can see stains and spilled drinks on the table. The bed is okay. The bathroom is okay. The view from the balcony is beautiful. A very good place to enjoy the sunset.

All surrounding facilities need to improve and immediate maintainance are required.. Room need to maintain clean and scenery view blocked by the tree..

It was an amazing experience, with a lot of things to do. We had a lot of fun! Rooms were in great condition too.

My stay overall was okay. Room got a little bit of dust but can be tolerated. I hope they will provide things like iron tools in the room for the prices paid to stay the night.

This was our second time here. But this time it was a disappointing. The room / bed was ok. But hand videt tap water at source leaking. The restaurant was unkept. Ladder on the buffet table. Leaves all over the floor. It was raining the night before so they brought down the blind. But in the morning no one cared to bring it up. You have beautiful view but the blind blocked it. In the end my husband brought it up. Breakfast was served quite late, 8.45am. And no one waited after it was serve. Wanted to ask for pepper and tomato ketchup but no one was at the kitchen or cashier. We dont feel welcomed. Maybe you are understaff. Sad to say we will not come back. We will try other hotel at Bukit Kokol.

A perfect place to connect with nature. I love the lush green and the amazing sunset 💗 The room is spacious with a beautiful scenery. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. And the carbonara is superb, love it...

Good room condition, hotel accommodated to my request for birthday surprise. Room is not bad, the weather up the hill is cold so even though no air conditioning but the fan was sufficient enough. The highlight was the staff! Very accommodating and friendly good customer service and knowledgeable. Thumbs up!
