Excellent service. Excellent facilities and best part is , the location is awesome. Every hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful all the time.

Sunset view from private beach was superb. Sound proof is very good and the hotel area was very quiet, which is very healing. The amenities can be quite old, but service is really good. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast options could be improved.

Awesome service and location is also good. Lots of restaurant and store just outside the hotel. All the staff from guest services, room service, dining staff, amenities (pool/beach and kidz club), bellboys were awesome. Room is clean and the toilet too. Room service will check randomly if you need anything which we appreciate. Service of all the staff were top notch and worth every penny. They gave us complimentary wine in our room since we are celebrating our anniversary. Thanks so much!! Shout out to Lita from the Mangosteen restaurant in the hotel, she is the sweetest and our daughter loves her. Looking forward to our next trip in Krabi and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay, excellent service. Rooms might be a bit dated but it’s clean and spacious.

Great resort with private beach front . Beach had too many jellyfish so we couldn’t swim in it but hung out at the pools. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh foods, Thai and Indian food options. Gym was superb with basketball court & boxing ring , air con workout rooms that provided towels . Service and staff were friendly . Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable with complimentary bottle water & extra strong A/C.

Booking the Club Room is totally worth every cent extra. The staff throughout the whole complex are amazing and although getting on a little in age the maintenance is superb.

Came here 13 years ago for our anniversary trip but it was under sheraton.Nice place and staff are all friendly.location is very far from ao nang but we took grab. Breakfast not too fantastic. But love the ambience.

Very big resort with beach in front of, the water is clear ! Many daily activities arranged by hotel, u won’t get bored !

My stay at Dusit Thani Krabi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smile and impeccable service (special thanks to Natwika) that set the tone for a truly memorable vacation. You will have everything in this resort. Best of the best.

The hotel is sprawling. The land area it occupies is enormous. It has its own direct beach front access. The grounds are well maintained and manicured. The rooms are located in blocks spread across the estate which means long walks & electric buggy rides for guests. Traditional Thai hospitality means you will always be greeted with a smile and prayerful bow by the local staff wherever you are. Service is excellent & mostly responsive. The design of the rooms themselves leave some to be desired. The acoustic insulation on the large part, falls the people with even mild hyperacousis. The sounds you will have to contend with in the rooms especially in the still of the night range from loud door thuds & banging, the screeching of furniture through the floors above, muffled voices through the walls, the regular audible droning of the air-conditioned blower & even the mini fridge compressor will have it's say. The raw screaming kids through the corridors outside permeate the walls with ease. If you want peace and quiet in your rooms, this may not be the place for you. It is a very acoustically challenged design. The rooms are quite average: the TV is of low resolution, there is no rain shower & the rooms are starting to look rough around the edges. There are 2 main pools separated from each other. One is mainly for children & the other for adults. The restaurant is reasonably designed with an outdoor verandah area & an indoor air conditioned seating area. There is a "kids club" near the beach. There is also a very modern designed gym & sports area with facilities for pickle ball, table tennis, fusball & even a small boxing ring for kick boxing. So facilities wise, it is up to the mark. Outside the hotel along the main street, there are several restaurants & convenience stores for something different. There's also a nail salon for the girls and by the beach there are massage booths.

Perfect stay,the hotel is fantastic. The staff is great and swimming pool are amazing. I definitely will come back.

The hotel looks a bit old style but the services and cleanliness is not bad. The staff is friendly. There was many choices for breakfast with the natural view. The main swimming pool was nice and can walk through the beach front to enjoy the sunset.

Though the real estate and its amenities are relatively old, they largely remained well maintained by a team of hardworking staff. The great landscaping and beachfront and spacious facilities generally could have been even more well complemented by 1. less noisy mechanical ventilators in the rooms, and 2. newer (or more fresh-smelling) carpets, especially at the dinning domains.
