The staff provided good service, the food was delicious, and the view was very beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were polite and attentive. Our rooms were clean. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely going to stay at this hotel again.

Without question, the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. With our own private villa and private pool overlooking the ocean and Hong Island, we were literally in paradise for our stay. Being welcomed with an incredible view at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the warmest of staff who were so helpful. Not just with things at the hotel but organizing airport transfers, day trips and anything else we needed. Krabi was great but Banyan Tree, Krabi was sensational. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you could wish for, including a make-your-own Bloody Mary/Mimosa station! The Saffron restaurant was exquisite with exceptional cocktails of which I had never heard of and the spa is something out of this world. The hotel looks, feels and even smells amazing every corner you turn. Lighting around the beach bar and beachfront: stunning. Day tour on a private longboat: stunning. Banyan Tree, Krabi: stunning.

Located 30 min away from aonang beach, hotel are new and clean. Service always as good as 5 star, room are little narrow. Breakfast are very good and full with varieties, no eateries nearby, so either u must pay for taxi to get to town or dine in resort. Price are expensive as u know it is 5 star resort, taste ok but not impresssive. However, I’d u plan to stay for vacation, highly recommended!

Great location and great view. Checkin is fast and friendly. Nice breakfast but slow coffee serving. The room is beautiful and comfortable bed.

The best hotel and trip ever... The views from the resort are fantastic .. the service is great as well... We got the ocean view pool villa and it was outstanding... Definitely coming back and staying here... Loved it

A little far from the town where all the shops and tours are available but awesome customer services and immaculate facilities. We would be happy to come back.

It was a very comfortable hotel for a family trip. It was inconvenient because the location was a little far from the downtown area, but it was convenient because there was a shuttle to Aonang Beach.Breakfast was delicious and good even if there wasn't a lot of breakfast.
