Ulasan Railay Village Resort

Hotel yang menakjubkan! Tinggal di sana selama beberapa hari pada bulan Mei. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik. Sarapan pagi sangat baik dengan makanan Thai dan barat disediakan. Kolam renang adalah hebat. Bilik tidak mewah tetapi bersih dan selesa. Pantai di tepi hotel adalah baik tetapi ia akan menjadi bagus untuk mempunyai beberapa kerusi pantai di sana. Secara keseluruhan, sangat disyorkan terutamanya jika anda melancong bersama pasangan anda. Pasti kembali ke sini

A hotel that was undoubtedly beautiful in the past, on the surface everything looks beautiful from the outside but the level of maintenance is very low, the room and the pool are not clean, towels are not provided, the food in the restaurant does not match the level of the delicious Thai food, I would not give it 3 stars. Very disappointing

Just Infront Railway beach. Good breakfast. Nice jacuzzi in the room.

The location of this hotel is very good, just near the West Beach Pier. You can take a boat from Ao Nang Beach and it's only a two-minute walk after getting off the boat. It's about a five-minute walk to East Beach Pier. Check in went smoothly. When you arrive before check-in time, you can store your luggage first. The hotel's garden is beautiful, the room is spacious, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The restaurant is facing the beach, there are only three or four staff members, which seems a bit busy.

Very tired place. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant at other times very slow. Beach is poor there. And if you have a very early morning flight you will struggle to get to ao nang beach in time. In essence don’t do your last night there Shan’t be going again

Really enjoyed my stay, and would book here again. Room was clean, spacious and had everything I need. Water was hot and good water pressure. They had beach towls and bottled water available in the room. Lovely landscaping, what a paradise. Breakfast buffet was also good...eggs to order, fruits, Thai food, breads. Stagg were all friendly and professional.

Had a great time staying at Railay Village Resort. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would be awesome if the checkout time is not 11am

Great friendly staff. Beautiful location with mesmerising views especially if you are given 2nd flood. Love all the plants and the fact that the tree’s are labelled. Great place to stay. Only feedback would be to renovate the bathrooms. The bathrooms are a bit run down and had a bit of a smell.

Amazing rooms right on the beach. Delicious breakfast over looking the sea! Choice of two pools! Friendly service! We will be back!

Very nice hotel and excellent service

All nice, hotel at beautiful beachfront, even the rooms are a bit more in the back, they are spacious, clean and well conditioned, plus have a nice pool in front of them. Could have more services at the beachfront, e.g. the restaurant is only open for breakfast, seems no drinks are offered either during the day time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a jacuzzi villa. The location is perfect - steps from the beach as well as from the main road that has restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff, beautiful pools and ponds, two swimming pools, etc. Super clean and modern. The room was bigger and nicer than I expected. The breakfast had more variety that a usual breakfast buffet in Thailand. Lastly, great sunset views from the restaurant. My stay was perfect. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Railay.
