Hotel ini sempurna! Kami tinggal di sana selama 3 malam dan secara tidak dijangka dikemas kini. Jika tidak, kakitangan hotel sangat ramah, lokasinya ideal (10 minit ke pantai utama) dan bilik kami bersih.
Jadi semuanya 5 bintang dan untuk harga anda tidak boleh mengalahkannya.

Although I booked it for 4 days, at the last day lady got really rude for no reason and said if you check out at 12.10PM instead of 12.00 PM you will have to pay 50 bhat extra.
& When I requested for sugar pouch which are completely with the room, she rudely Said No for more sugar.
Although pool is nice, but the hotel construction is old.

Hotel was very clean and had nice swimming pool. The value is very good and the room is a nice and big size soo I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel in a quiet area with many shops and restaurants around and few min walk to the beach the bed was very comfy

아오낭 비치 가까이에 위치해서 접근성이 좋구요 뷰도 좋아요.
청결상태 및 룸 컨디션도 깔끔햐요.
숙소 바로 아래에 맛집 고담카친이 있어 편해요

This hotel was a huge disappointment. In the photos it looks really nice but to be honest it's a complete dump! I'm not remotely fussy but when you've paid for a 'deluxe suite' with sea view you expect better than having to clean the bathroom yourself on arrival before you can use it. Broken lights, safe not working, mouldy crumbling walls on the balcony and all around the pool, a huge pile of dirty shirts at the bottom of the stairs which was there the entire time we stayed... the changing facilities by the deserted pool were utterly filthy, barely anyone else was staying at this hotel so this was inexcusable. The staff were nice although the cleaner spent 90% of her time sat in reception chatting and the other 10% cleaning the lobby, given how quiet the hotel was the poor cleanliness was really bad. No lift between our room and the pool so four flights of stairs. Beds were comfortable although it was hard to sleep with the bright lights of a sign on the adjacent building glaring through all night, some blackout blinds would easily solve this. When we told locals where we were staying they looked at us with pity, this hotel evidently has a bad reputation locally. It's as though it was left to rot during Covid and has reopened without any of the vital repairs taking place to bring it up to standard. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere better for your dream holiday in this stunning part of the world!

Me to the owner (on the phone) "I booked Superior, this is not Superior, for example; no kitchenette" Owner: "We take the kitchen out" Me: "Ojk but the pics show seating in a Superior Room, there is none" Owner: "we take seating out, seats on the balcony!" Not a clean place at all. The shower ledge was thick with grime and old soap, I will post pics. No chance of a nap during the day, the cleaners scream at each other and have family facetime. Electric went off one night and we booked in another hotel. Communal areas are tired, cluttered. Never stay here again.

Quarto : muito grande, talvez o maior que tivemos na nossa viagem de 6 meses. Tem uma boa varanda, o quarto é bem limpo, tem armário para colocar roupas e os móveis são antigos mas nada a reclamar, só a elogiar. Banheiro bom mas a água não é muito quente. Foi o suficiente para tomar banho, entretanto poderia ser mais quente. Ambiente interno no hotel : muito bom. Muito espaço livre com poltronas e cadeiras além de uma varanda bem grande. Atendimento : excelente. Todos muito atenciosos e atendem com um sorriso no rosto. Wifi : suficiente para o que precisávamos, acessar internet, assistir filmes, etc. Localização : muito boa. Uns 5 min caminhando até uma rua bem movimentada e com muitas lojas/restaurantes. Ao lado do hotel tem restaurantes que servem café da manhã e refeições. Conclusão: Aparentemente o Royal Nakara sofreu bastante com a pandemia, pois tem muito espaço não utilizado. Tem espaço para restaurante e inclusive mesas/cadeiras, mas não serve café da manhã nem refeições (propagandas mais antigas informavam que servia e era muito bom). De qualquer forma foi uma ótima experiência e indico para os que não querem gastar muito e ter um bom local para ficar em Ao Nang.
