This place is the ultimate heaven on earth. Of course, the room and facilities were incredible. I don't think I have to mention it here because it's very obvious in photos. But what perfects the experience here is the staff, especially a gentleman named Habib. Habib was our personal assistant for our stay. We have met a lot of great hospitality staff in different places, but he is by far the best person. The reasons are: A. He is a highly organised person. Any guests be lucky if Habib looks after them because he plans and manages your stay there thoroughly. He considers all the situations - your preference, the weather, and your whole trip schedule. Then he suggests the best options you can ever find in Krabi area and the resort. This saves a LOT of energy you would need on a trip such as googling, asking for local knowledge, decision making and stuff. With his assistance, you will have a total hassle, stress-free stay in this beautiful resort. B. Habib is also a very warm, gentle, sweet soul. Not only is he switched on, but also he is a great human. This might sound funny, but you will be able to tell how caring and gentle he is, even just by his buggy car driving skills (lol). There are so many things he offered to do and those are things we didn't even think of. Super impressive. If you're hesitating to book this place because of the price, don't be silly and just do it. It's so very worth it because it comes with a battery of complimentary perks. Warning: The rest of your holiday will be ruined after this place.

We have been visiting a variety of different resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand over the past years and this is possibly one of the better ones we have stayed at. From the collection at the airport and early check in availability to the complimentary meals, location, friendly professional staff and property standard our stay for 13 days was excellent. The Spa is must visit to iron out the COVID work from home muscle spasms. The beach is clean, water warm and view to the islands just amazing. Also a great spot to enjoy the sunset if that’s your thing! The staff are great. Fort and his team met all our needs with no fuss and a friendly smile. This was no better shown than boiled eggs being cooked to specifications and delivered to our table each morning post arrival without even asking. First class service, with thanks to Ma, Pa and Sun for looking after us in a professional way with nothing being an issue. Without hesitation we would recommend this property and are looking forward to our visit next time.

遠超預期的度假酒店！剛剛開業兩個月，恰逢旅遊淡季，整個酒店的客人很少，但是感覺過去以後享受了皇室的禮遇！整個酒店的服務人員全部都圍着我們轉！是泰國之行體驗最好的酒店了！ 剛到酒店就送上水果冷飲，無論在酒店哪個角落遇到工作人員，無論是哪個工作人員，都會停下腳步微笑並問好。坐着電動tutu車，在入住前工作人員還會簡單講解酒店的佈局和理念，儀式感滿滿！ 房間的每個角落都很精緻、舒服、有鬆弛感！真的喜歡每個角落！讓我們受寵若驚的是，酒店每天至少要打掃兩次房間！我們下午check in後，傍晚去沙灘，晚上回來發現房間又打掃了一遍，幫忙疊衣服、疊床單、整理物件！因為真的是好感動，第二天放了小費在房間，酒店清潔人員也沒有拿… 因為人不多，所以我們承包了全部的五個泳池！4個淺水池，1個奧運標準的泳池！我一下到奧運標準泳池，工作人員就立刻跑到泳池邊保障我的安全（因為奧運標準泳池深2-3米），也是人生第一次遊了奧運泳池！ 這裏的早餐也非常驚艷！不是自助式的，而是有菜單的點餐式的，每一道菜都是廚師現做，而且每天都有一道當日的特色菜！我們第一天的特色菜是海南雞飯，第二天是蝦仁粥，非常美味！！ 關於地理位置，附近走幾步就有很大很美的沙灘，落日超美，而且人比較少，不像奧南海灘人那麼多。但是我們幾乎每天都打車去奧南海灘，用Grab單程200銖。酒店周圍也有很多小餐館，挺方便的！ 總之，遠超預期！

The Elements Resort is absolutely exemplary and you will find the traditional glowing, warm Thai hospitality here. We had the most perfect time here during our one week stay and would most definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay feel like a home away from home. I would first like to thank Justin for going above and beyond helping us with any of our needs and future travel plan arrangements, being an excellent host and pouring all his commitment for making both the Christmas and New Years events at The Elements enjoyable. Thank you Jona and all of the reception team for all of the insight into our island hopping plans in Krabi and helping us with anything we required, they really made sure we were looked after. I would like to thank Lek and the entire restaurant team for all the delicious food, a huge selection was provided daily and accommodated for our vegetarian diet, and being so hospitable. Our driver from The Elements was already waiting for us at the airport, and was swift and friendly. When we first arrived at The Elements, you are greeted with a warm smile and a cold flannel and a welcome drink, whilst you check-in from all the reception team. The resort is a secluded slice of heaven; the gardens and grounds are beautiful, well kept and luscious. It is a haven for wildlife, we saw so many beautiful butterflies darting around the plants. A very peaceful and serene environment. Thank you to Deach and Kevin who helped us with our heavy luggage; Deach helped us get onto longboats and assist us with the wheelchair on our day trips, as well as offering a helping hand whenever we came back to the resort, thank you so much. For our room, we chose the Poolside Premier room for our honeymoon stay and it was top tier. Our direct access pool was away from the main pool, so it was quiet and was very private. The room is well decorated and has a lovely dark wooden exterior throughout, air conditioning was available and the beds are very big. We had a make up table and the bathroom was superb, with a lovely large mirror, big jacuzzi bathtub and large shower facility too. We were also very grateful to the housekeeper, who was competent and always kept our room clean, tidy with our towels and sheets refreshed regularly. Thank you so much. The laundry smells so nice too! The morning breakfast buffet is amazing. Lek and the restaurant team provided outstanding service and food choice. The food is varied everyday and everything tastes amazing, our favourites were the  refreshing fruit and the delicious Thai food (the Pad Thai and the southern style noodle) they catered us Vegetarians, so there were dishes with yummy tofu included, too. We went to the restaurant for our dinner too, the a la carte menu has a huge selection, we ordered room service a couple of times when we were tired from a long day out. Cabins (small homes) are super clean, comfortable and literally soundproof. They are located away (60m) from the restaurant. AC is whisper quiet. Location is a bit remote but with tons of access with road and water taxis. Staff is wonderful. Best location for viewing amazing sunsets. Lost a star for the humbling first impression when the cab driver dropped us off. Looks like the middle of nowhere. The helpful manager will arrange any tours you desire where you will be picked up by a long tail boat. I would highly recommend.

Нам понравилось соотношение цена/качество соответствует. Персонал услужливый и реагирует и помогает во всем. Номера большие и удобные. Хорошо укомплектованы включая холодильник с морозилкой. Все в номере исправно работало. Халаты хорошие. Тапочек нет!!!Персонал услужливый и реагирует и помогает во всем. С водой и сантехникой не было проблем. Номер как на фото. Для детей есть игровая -чистая. Бассейн чистый. Было очень комфортно проживать. Рядом массажные, 7-11, аптека, рестораны-это все в минуте ходьбы. Дорога рядом, но не шумно в сравнении с отелем в котором мы дили до этого и он был прямо на дороге. До пляжа реально минут 15-20 идти. Если будем на Краби еще и в этом районе, то вернемся. Надеюсь отель не испортиться. Спасибо персоналу за комфорт.

Had a fantastic stay here , from the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive despite the rather strange check in system in place. The room was spotless , and was always well maintained , we had a deluxe jacuzzi room . .. the view was fabulous but we were expecting something a little more than an jaccuzzi bath you would see in a house bathroom for one person ... Which for that reason was never used .. and as comfortable as the room was .. it was getting dated .. however it didn't dampen our spirits as it was still lovely, we came to spend our time outside .. and there were absolutely no disappointments there , situated right on the beach with a lovely tree with a rope swing providing some much needed shade , and the sea no more than a few steps at high tide .. it was literally heavenly .. the changing views across the sea to the scattered islands changing with the sun from morning to evening and the sunsets are breathtaking and not to be missed , boat taxis visit the beach regularly and are very reasonable and definitely worth using for a private tour of the islands . breakfast was fantastic and always plentiful and delicious , infact the only real disappointment was eating and drinking at the restaurant at night , despite it having postcard views the service , food and drink was very underwhelming , and dare I say at times frustrating .. and with the resort being relatively isolated dining out isn't just a wander down the street , missing orders , incorrect bills , slow inattentive staff , and communication problems due to language barriers seemed to occur frequently with the staff at night , something which was never evident at any other time , fortunately as a frequent business traveller also I always try to avoid charging to my room to avoid any billing issues , innocent mistakes seemed to be the norm at night .. and easy to miss with a quick signature .. .. that said we had a fabulous stay and I'm sure that we were maybe just unlucky as it was quiet due to the time of year .. definitely a great place to stay at particularly for couples looking for a quiet relaxed time .. lastly .. honest rating would be more 3.7 ..
