Booked a cheap wowcher deal and was allocated this hotel. It was perfect. Large twin room with a balcony. Excellent shower. Small tv. Kettle with coffee and tea. Yes the room did overlook the street below and yes there was some noise from the traffic and trams but it really didn’t disturb us at all. Other reviews say they found it difficult to find as the reception is across the street from the abella suites in the Yarden Hotel. But I read our check in instructions clearly and went directly to the Yarden Hotel. Check in was simple and we were shown to our room by a member of staff who shows you how to get in to the building and use the lift if required. Check out was also easy. Very friendly staff. There is a fabulous bakery / cafe next door if breakfast is not included in your stay. It was a 15 minute easy walk to the main square.

This hotel is in a great location for old town (10 min walk), but out of the way enough that its away from the hustle and bustle. We had a room at the front of the hotel and although some reviews have said it can be noisy, we didn't find it disturbing (they do provide ear plugs in the room but we didn't need them). Trams run till fairly late but other than that we saw no issue. The room itself was clean and well maintained although the building itself is a little tired in places. The breakfast was good (starts at 7am on a week day and 7.30am on a weekend which was good for trips starting early), with a choice of hot and cold items, fruits, and cereal, we didn't struggle at all. Reception staff were helpful and the staff around the hotel pleasant. Overall if we were to return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again :).

We are just back from Kraków this was our 4th visit in 16 years, 0ct 2023 and oct 2024 we stayed in the Alexander,ALL the staff in this hotel work to a very high standard,every part of the hotel is spotless.in 2023 we only had a minor complaint and that was uk customers like brown toast,may sound petty,but alas on our recent visit there was a small electric toaster for all to use,we used it everyday and so did so many other residents,and it was great to see that management reacted to last year,while we will not be in Kraków for a few years we will definitely recommend the Alexander to all our friends and relatives that will be visiting Kraków,Great location for public transport and hospitality facilities. I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel Krakow and overall, it was a comfortable experience, deserving of a 3.5-4 star rating out of 5. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean enough.
However, one notable aspect was the absence of complimentary water bottles in the room. For a hotel within a recognized chain, it's somewhat disappointing not to find this basic amenity readily available.
Despite this, the hotel's location make it a decent choice for travelers seeking a convenient stay for 1-2 nights while in Krakow.

Everything was good. The room is small but clean, bedsheets and towels white and clean, too. The location is perfect - next to the train and bus stations, and close to the Old Town with all these beautiful buildings. There is a cafe next to the hotel and the grocery shop across the street, and a large shopping mall in the other direction. From the window of our room we were able to see a nice church :) If I come to Krakow one more time, most of all I will choose this hotel again.

We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.

Great hotel in a quiet suburb of the city. Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Stayed on a BandB basis which worked well for us as we were out early exploring Krakow. Easy to get to from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes by car. A short walk to the tram stop for the tram into the old town, which is around £5 for a day card with unlimited use. Food for breakfast was nice with a huge choice. Location may not be for some people but it worked for us as it was quiet at night but easy to get into the main city to see the sites. Would use it again.

PPengguna TetamuWe recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. CClairemfalveyLocation was fantastic, only a few steps from the old town square. Getting in was a bit of an issue. The phone number given on trip.com was not correct but luckily the door was open and on the lift there was another phone number and then I had to wait 10mins on the phone. However Once I had the information, the room was lovely with a bath by the window. It felt quite luxurious with amenities etc. My only gripe was the windows didn't block out much sound and the blinds did not block out much light. There was also a note apologizing for renovation noise. So I was woken up at 5am by workers moving things on and off from that time.

This was a unique experience to us. We stayed in room 200 which isn' a room but an apartment of 125 square meters: Two large bedrooms, a living room with a piano, a small kitchen and a huge bathroom. And all is furnished with lovely, old furniture and is nicely renovated. I guess that it used to be the old owners own home? But the apartment is on ground floor, in one direction (the bathroom) facing the hotel yard, and the other direction (the bedrooms) facing a small street. This was not a problem to us, but might be it to other guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The hotel is very close to both the railway station and the old town.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama駅から近く歩いて10分以内で行けます。旧市街の中心にありクラクフ観光に最適です。フロントはフレンドリーで、朝食サービスのスタッフもとても良いです。*料理やパンケーキ、ワッフルなどオーダーでき、出来たてをいただけます。チーズケーキも大変美味しく、朝にcavaを飲めるのも嬉しい。カプチーノはマシンでセルフできますが、ぜひオーダーしてその技術を楽しんでください！ とてもとてもオススメのホテルです。

PPengguna TetamuWe had a fantastic stay at this small boutique hotel The staff were helpful and very quick to reply to our questions. It is half way between the main square and the Jewish quarter We were a group of 4 friends we had 2 rooms that were joined giving us two beautiful modern bathrooms .One with a free standing bath and the other with a walk in shower .The rooms were large with fridge and tea making facilities.The rooms were very warm and cozy as it was deep snow .The thermostats were easy to use so you could have the room the temperature to suit yourself. We had an early start one morning so the hotel provided us with breakfast bag we were amazed at the amount they had given us .. We had a fantastic stay would recommend this hotel great value for money a real gem .

CCanberkThis was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.

LLvDarynaIt’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with.
I enjoyed my stay and definitely can recommend this hotel

so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,

The position of the hotel is perfect location a very short walk and in main square lots to places to eat in area of hotel and not far to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and welcoming with breakfast brought to room found very repetitive but nice fresh food. Lots of seps to get to your room.
