Ulasan Station Aparthotel

The room was heavily permeated with the smell of tobacco. Nothing helped to remove the odor. The photos during the room booking did not match the actual room upon check-in. The front desk staff does not want to do anything about it. The conditions are much worse than the photos depicted. A lot of things need to be repaired and replaced. It gives the impression that the hotel has not been renovated since its opening day. It's terrible even for a single night's stay.

A little nice hotel. This hotel is near the bus station.

Great location, close to the bus station, train station, shopping mall, and historic old town. Older building, so no elevator, basic accommodations. Soap, but nothing else.

Good location just 2 minutes from bus and train stations.Third floor was a bit of a challenge ,very long starecases,not for a lady with luggage. Stuff is nice, free coffee and tea but no fridge .

房間乾淨衞生通透量場亮堂，服務員態度很好，地理位置好，離老城不遠，十分鐘左右，最主要離車站很近，出遊方便，非常滿意

地理位置超級好！火車站或巴士站步行5分鐘到達😄 可是酒店有點老舊，隔音較差，洗澡去水很慢，床太太太太太太太軟了🙂↕️

酒店位置很好，就在車站旁邊，但房間與圖片差距較大，設施老舊，私隱性不好。

Stanza abbastanza pulita, ma il bagno abbastanza sporco, tutto sommato per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato poteva andare peggio.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement especially considering it was booked as a package deal. Where to start…the hotel is in desperate need of a make over, think 70’s decor, brown depressing walls all interior doors and brown PVC (clearly a job lot) dusty stair wells, no lift, and half dead plants, and then there was the smell, it was like stepping into a greasy back street cafe, just vile. The room…the first thing we noticed was the three quarter curtains, yes three quarter curtains (see pictures for proof of these not fit for purpose items) with added cigarette burns in a what is described as a none smoking hotel, the room also smelt of smoke. There were pigeon feathers on the windowsill. Then the kids match of old furniture with what can only be described as a makeshift double bed with a plank of wood underneath (clearly 2 singles) the sheets smelt musty. The shower room, I had to go to the nearest supermarket (literally across the road) and purchase some antibacterial wipes so I could clean it myself ! The staff…we arrived late on Friday and the receptionist was lovely, very polite and helpful, however, on the Sunday & Monday the other receptionist I can only describe as, rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and would clearly benefit in a customer service training course. I would only give this hotel a one star and that would be purely for the location which is a great place to explore this beautiful city.

The rooms were very basic, the curtains did not fit the windows and the pillows were not fluffy. Apart from 1 member of staff the rest of them were very unhelpful and rude. I definitely would not recommend this place. It says the rooms have flatscreen tv, if we had one it must of been so small we couldn’t see it. This did do us a favour though as it meant we spend most of our time away from the room.

Had a fantastic 3 nights in Krakow staying here, brilliant location. Didn't expect high end but was pleasantly surprised, clean room with a great bathroom,comfy beds, nice staff,. Nice courtyard within the hotel to have a drink,would definitely use this hotel again 🙂

Good location, 5 minute walk to city centre. No street noise. Rooms very basic but clean, bed, small wardrobe, small table and bedside tables, no tv, we were lucky and had a fan!! Shower clean and strong, no kettle but a communal coffee station near reception that was easy to use. Lovely courtyard area for morning coffee, bar available on an evening. Bags stored on last day after we checked out so we could spend the last day in town before our evening flight
